I wanted to get the generic version of plan B and the doctor had written the active chemical name and Plan B - assuming that the pharmacy would be also able to dispense the generic as it would be fully covered under my insurance. I went to this location and they denied me saying the doctor had to explicitly write contingency one - even on the government website on the ODB formulary the generic "contingency one" shows as a interchangeable alternative. I went to other locations and other pharmacists said that they would change it to generic upon request, even without the doctor writing explicitly "contingency one". :")

I usually do not like to give bad reviews, but this one merits it. Unfortunately, for me it has happened more than 75% of the time I call for some information from the pharmacists and am placed in voice-jail and eventually kicked off the system. I have considered another Pharmacy but this one is conveniently close. Ugh...Try for yourself, call and try to reach the pharmacist. Good luck.UPDATE: After communications with my doctor and trying to reach the pharmacy (my doc cannot get through either), we have discovered that the pharmacy prescribed THE WRONG MEDICATION. OMG. They need to have their license pulled!

The store management does not seem to place customer service very high on their list of priorities.I booked a high-dose flue shot online a week ago and upon arrival for my appointment was told that they did not have it available. What is the point of booking a service when the booking means nothing?I would expect any customer-focused business to contact the provided phone number or email address by at least mid-morning for a mid-day appointment to save a customer a wasted trip. It should not be that difficult to coordinate. I also asked to speak with the store manager, and was advised that they are only in the store on Mondays and Tuesdays.I would urge the customer service role to review the above issues as presented above. The information above should be clearly actionable as presented and without any duplicate verbal contact with "1-800-SHOPPERS".

Beauty Specialists need more training on letting customers browse instead of harassing them. Also another good advice for the manager, let your staff let customers hold onto beauty products, and dont forcefully grab them away from your client when I literally am going to pay I have been going here for 15 years, great selection but it makes me feel weird being watched when I am a paying customer in the Boutique. Also this location carries Dior, and Guerlain and Drunk Elephant, its a smaller boutique with rude/weird/odd cosmeticians. 2 Stars because they had what I needed, but they need an expansion of their selection badly.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I’ve been getting my prescription here for years and everytime i try to call them i’m on hold for a least an hour, to the point where i continued to be on hold and drive there and show up and there is no one in line or anything they are just sitting at the computer. i called today to get my refill finding out that my doctor had not sent the refill form, i asked for an emergency refill as i am out of pills and whoever answered the phone told me they just opened the computer and they are too busy to fill my prescription and that i should go into a walk in clinic……after i told her they are opened until midnight and i can wait she then told me they were too busy with other orders. after i said “this is your job” she then said they will get it done. Awful place SOOO unprofessional and honestly just disgusting behaviour, Get rid of these staff and get new ones cause they are just rude and simply don’t want to do their job

I spent over an hour trying to get through to the pharmacy today. I had gotten through after 10 min then put on hold for 20min and tried to call again. I wasted all that time to find out my prescription was refilled yesterday, but I didn't receive a text or email. So annoying and inconvenient

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Worst drug store I've ever gone to. Very unprofessional people when dealing with the pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I am.

I have called to ask question about the medication that i am taking, and the person i have talked to sounds in a hurry and dont wanna hear anything that i have to say, all says was why dont you come over at the store and will talk about it, he sound like he has an indian accent.And in the middle of me explaining my concern he hung up on me.It was so rude like beyond words.

I have never been so blatantly discriminated against or felt so unwelcome in a retail store. The beauty department employees were so rude and had awful customer service skills and on top of that, the management was even ruder. I was being followed throughout the store and all the way up to the cash register. Mind you this was my first time shopping at this location.

Always an issue here or a delay or no employees to help.The pharmacy is archaic. They add their personal/religious opinions on contraceptive - which is gross and unwarranted.The only reliable staff here are at the beauty section.The phone system is there but it's just being ignored. To test my theory I called them while in-store shopping to see what happens - they mute the ringer and ignore it completely.

I don’t leave reviews but this is by far the worst shoppers I’ve ever encountered. They leave you on hold for hours. They say medications are going to be ready yet they take so long to confirm. Online says ready to pickup but no text confirmation. What’s going on? I am sitting here needing my pain meds with no response from the pharmacy

I don't usually write reviews but the phone service for this shoppers is beyond awful. Both the beauty boutique and Pharmacy had me on hold for an hour which doesn't make sense since I see multiple people going in and out of that area on a daily basis. I just ended up cancelling the call.

Mgmt at this store are of the belief that SDM's return policies aren't applicable at this location cuz they are an independently owned franchise and the are free to ignore whichever policy they don't like. Not to mention that they are of the belief that no transaction should be refunded until after the holidays. Needless to say they wont be processing any future transactions from me.To SDM please put an end to this nonsense of different policies at different stores. Each store should be building on ur brand recognition and brand loyalty but instesd its more like brand butchering and brand disfiguring cuz that's what is happening rather frequently.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a Beauty Boutique in this drug store that offers a great selection of cosmetic and skin care brands, including luxury brands, like Dior, Guerlain, Lancome. I have been to this place on several occasions and I have always been impressed with the knowledgeable, professional, friendly beauty experts working there. Thank you, Adrienne, Melanie, Lily for your help and patience in helping me to choose the skin care that is most suitable for me.

Every time I call I am on hold for 20-30 minutes. It is usually faster for me to walk to the store than to sit and wait on hold. I don’t understand why they let customers wait on the phone for so long without answering the line given that they have time to help customers inEdit: After 40 minutes on hold I went in person and was helped immediately. No line at the counter. I don’t get it.
