I went in to the store looking for a mattress a few weeks ago. Mr. Farooq was so kind, friendly and so patient and with his help I was able to find the perfect mattress for myself. It was a great shopping experience and weeks later I am loving my mattress and getting the sleep I very much needed. Thank you Farooq !!!

My husband and I walked into the store looking for a firm mattress. Farooq greeted us warmly. He was very patient, and allowed us to test all the firm mattresses in the store. Farooq was able to get us a promotional discount with the mattres that we liked. It's been 1 week since the delivery. We both feel well rested in the morning. The firm mattress have alleviate my husband's back pain.
Delivery was excellent. We got a phone call few days prior for confirmation of address. On the day of delivery, driver provided 3 hrs time frame with tracking. They came at the time as provided from tracker. Delivered new mattress and removed old one.

Went shopping for a matress topper and fitted sheets. Farooq Hashmi the salesman gave us a great deal and experience for the items we needed. Would highly recommend.

I love the place here. Joanna Kang was my sales and working with her has made my first time buying a mattress a smooth and fun experience. She truly cares about what you need and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information and discount required before I make the right decision to buy my first mattress. Joanna is very friendly and professional. She comes highly recommended and I would be lucky to have her as my sales person.

We went in to shop for pillows. The gentlemen (Farooq Hashmi) helped us out quite a bit in understanding how to choose the right pillows and had us try a few different options to find the right fit.

Bought a whole set of mattresses, pillow, and waterproof protector today. I was helped by Farooq Hashmi and he gave me several discount & was very patient, nice, and friendly.

I would give them a 0!!!!! Do not buy anything from this company! Spent $10,000 on a mattress & base! Base arrived sliced, they were supposed to attach my headboard yet no bracket to attach & their delivery guy dropped a metal bar damaging my hardwood floor! Arranged another delivery date. They didn’t honour time- ruined my plans & then arrived with ANOTHER defective base!!!!! Do not waste your money & NO manager calls to apologize! No quality control!! They just don’t care! Will never shop with them again!!! Store staff were embarrassed at how I have been treated! Issue still not resolved! Go elsewhere ! And as you can see by the response below… I am right! They appreciate my feedback! How about making it right! You obviously don’t care about your reviews!

We were helped by Krish Sharma who was incredibly helpful. He was keen on figuring out how to support us find a new mattress with all of our specifications without paying an arm and a leg (as we had to exchange a mattress we had previously purchased from sleep country within 100 days). He went out of his way to find the best solution so that we would have peace of mind, given we could only make the exchange once and were concerned about being stuck with the wrong mattress. Thank you, Krish! Five stars all the way!

We went to sleepcountry in the summer time looking for a mattress. Taj took the time to give us an exceptional experience, by allowing us to try out the different brands and firmness of the mattresses. He was very passionate about what he does and very knowledgeable. He is the reason for us finding our perfect mattress that meets our needs.
