Purchased a sofa from the store. During delivery front door got damaged. Send an email with pictures and got no response. Two days later decided to give them a call woman answer the phone and had every excuse that it wasn't them. Crappie customer service stay away from them no wonder they have so many bad reviews

Complete lack of warranty or replacement policy at this location. As I was purchasing a small item, I was told I have to sign (on paper) the aforementioned. The justification was that they cannot do anything anymore with an open box item. Furthermore, if there will be anything wrong with the product, once I take possession (ie. Even before it's brought home and fully assembled.), then it is me, the user, who is at fault.
Despite the store owner's comments I wanted to support a local business and went through with the purchase. Even though I could have had purchased very similar item at Waifair for practically the same cost, already delivered and with warranty and return policy.
I sincerely do not understand all the positive comments on this profile. This just doesn't make any sense. I just hope that the staff, which was absolutely great, is not going to learn this type of mentality from the owner's. Unfortunately, business culture in a company starts from the management.

Teresa and Bart and other staff members were amazing! When i had a problem assembling the product they were quick to help and make sure all was resolved. Great company to do business with!! They care about their reputation , the quality of products and their customers.

They were very understanding on our pricing and quality request and the chairs and new dinning table look just as good as advertised. One of the chairs had a small issue it was returned and renewed immediately and delivery and installation came within a few days. We went back to get a sofa bed and it fit our budget and criteria to the point. Great quality service and great quality furniture really happy.

This store is beautiful, offering a wide selection of high-quality European-made furniture. The staff is nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great high-end furniture. I got my sectional sofa there almost three years ago, and it still looks like new.
