When I made the reservation they told me the due date is on December 12, but on 10th they called me and ask to register or it will be cancelled. I didn't have issue and TJ helped me nicely to confirm my registration and rental for 6 month and the rate will be fixed for that time. My experience with them so far wasn't bad and hope the problem with low reviews had been solved.

We had trouble exiting the gate that normally opens upon exiting. We waited thinking someone had to open it for us. The attendant on site looked at us through the window while we sat there for 5 mins trying to get the code to open the door. I understand it’s a security measure to get in but we were trying to leave. We parked the car a few minutes later to cancel our emptied locker at the office but the door was locked. The attendant was nowhere to be seen. Door was locked and we later saw her leave in her vehicle. This was at 12:45 pm so someone else should have been on duty. Now we will have to come back during hopefully their still open hours.

The storage facility might be good. But I have never talked to a more rude customer care personnel in my life. He was extremely non pleasant, RUDE, sounded angry when he talked to me and DID NOT HAVE THE PATIENCE TO LISTEN TO THE QUERIES THAT I HAD TO ASK. This prodded me to go along with another branch instead.

Very disappointed with this company!! Payment was taken from me before I received the lease. After reading the lease I am unhappy with what I have read and don't agree with certain terms. They have told me that I cannot get my money back. Total Scam!!
