You could call these people 1 million times and they will still not pick up. It’s a Tuesday afternoon not sure what’s more important that a customer calling to inquire about a purchase I’m sure they’re not THAT busy that 1 person can’t seem to pick up my call. Ridiculous.

Want to thank soft moc employee’s poor customer service today aug 22, because of you, i didn’t buy a pair of skechers at your store. I ended up buying from Skechers directly on the 2nd floor and i found a much better choice instead. Thanks again!

Terrible costumer service, I had the worst interaction in this store left upset and unsatisfied with their service, they were rude and snappy and wouldn't listen to my concerns. They said I need the box for me to do a return but when I had bought the shoes no one told me that and I had the receipt and didn't wear the shoes. The store manager left me shaking from the interaction with her rude tone and snappy comments very unprofessional. I work in customer service and so I know how hard it is for workers it can be but they had zero customer service and she didn't even try to help or be understanding. I would never buy from this store ever again.

Poor customer service, I was standing by the slippers for maybe 5ish mins had employees look my direction but never bothered to come help. Like I would go up and ask but the issue is I have social anxiety so it's very hard for me to speak up but it doesn't help when yiur standing looking confused and nobody offers assistance.

Dropped in because looking for a light weight shoe with someone. Found out they had a sale! They carry brands like Clark's, Uggs, Dr. Martens. We found the brands that we were looking for. Recieved helpful customer service and informed us about their points program.

Had a terrible experience trying to return a shoe at this store...although the tag was there and intact and shoe not soiled in mud or anything she said we can't take it back. You have used it....How can anyone wear a shoe with tag on...

The best stop if you want to be ignored and just hear the associates cackling together at cash while customers beg and plead for help to no avail. It’s a miracle they are open because I don’t know how they can make money if they don’t get anyone shoes.

Sales person (Lady) at the counter was very rude. When we requested to have a check on different model shoes she was full of attitude.

Was there today, Wednesday - there were 6 staff present and not one even asked if they could help my daughter and I except for this young Asian gentleman. The cash register counter was messy like anything with 3 kinds of (unpaired) shoes and an empty drink container empty boxes strewn behind and on the side. The young man also approached other customers that came after us. What can I say - bad service????

I love soft moc but I came to this location to get a pair of shoes in a size 7 and had to come back the same day to return them. Not only were the shoes both left footed, but one was a size 7 and one was a size 9. I don’t know how that could get that badly messed up when they are supposed to double check the shoes. Then went back and they only had 2 left footed size 7 of the shoe. Doesn’t make any sense, even the employee was confused. Only good thing was I was able to get free shipping of a new pair sent to my house.
