Gentleman who was working this evening 6th Jan 6 PM, at the shipment counter was extremely rude. He had no customer service skills no politeness. Although I spent around 150 CAD just to ship two documents he had absolutely no respect that I was a paying customer. He treated me as if I’m sending my shipment for free and Staples is doing me a massive favour. I’ll make sure to take my business elsewhere going forward.

I wanted a custom print for which I was told I have to pay extra for the service however the executive didn’t even know how to print 2 copies on a single sheet.
Wasted an hour there and I would have given 0 stars review …

I had a very disappointing experience due to an associate named Meerab, who displayed poor customer service. She showed no regard for the order of customers in line, disregarding the fact that others, including an elderly couple, had been waiting far longer. The couple, who were there to take photos, were completely ignored—even though the elderly woman was standing on stretchers, clearly in discomfort.
Meerab randomly assisted other customers instead of showing basic empathy or addressing the couple’s needs. It was upsetting to witness such a lack of consideration. Her attitude was dismissive, as if customers were an inconvenience rather than a priority.
Proper coaching and training are urgently needed for staff like this. Regardless of the challenges in any job, treating customers with respect and care is essential. This experience left a very negative impression.

We bought a laptop today and was helped by Hamzah. Very knowledgeable and professional and served us promptly. Really appreciate his customer service as he helped to set up our laptop during a very busy day at store. Thanks and will surely be returning to this store.

I had an amazing experience at Staples Copy Centre! Jana, the associate, was incredibly helpful and patient in guiding me through their tools. She assisted me in creating a unique, beautiful wine bottle label that turned out perfectly. Her expertise and friendly attitude made the whole process enjoyable. Worst customer support experience I’ve ever had. It took me over 15 minutes to print 1 piece of paper because the associates insisted on talking to themselves and checking their phones rather than helping. I used to wonder why staples was dying but I get it now.

I had a disappointing experience with the associate, Tahura in the printing department. I placed an online order for print pickup, but unfortunately, the final prints were misaligned. While the initial sample prints were properly aligned, the subsequent prints were not. Upon asking for a reprint, the issue persisted, and I was told the sample prints came from a different printer, which was confusing.
When I requested a cutter to fix the alignment, it turned out to be broken. This added to the frustration. I believe this could be an opportunity for retraining staff on printing processes and customer service. As a former employee of Staples, I know the level of service customers expect, and I felt the approach here was more defensive than solution-oriented. I hope improvements can be made for future customers.

My experiences with this FedEx ShipCentre located in Staples have been mixed. Most of my interactions with the staff have been pleasant, but there have been a few instances where they were very impatient.

This Staples is kind of useless - the whole point is a quick turnaround time for printing. Their associates don't have much common sense in terms of greeting their guests, assessing their needs and having staff who know how to clearly communicate with the customers. It's no wonder online companies have such a better service.

Their fedex courier facility is too bad. I shipped my laptop to the US. They charged around 150 dollars but they packed it so badly and didn’t even put fragile label on it and laptop screen was broken when it reached there. I had to bear the loss gor laptop as well ☹️
Moreover when I visited them again for this concern they put all the responsibility on me and said you would have to put label on that and I was like 😟 what!!
