The structube products are good. The staff is also helpful. The shipping and delivery is terrible with their time frame. Most of the products are coming from other countries (India, China, etc). They don't make the furniture in Canada.
We were told the furniture willl be delivered in a month once the order was placed. That month is gone. The delivery date is delayed by another 3 weeks and we are still waiting. We wanted to get the furniture in time for a gathering at home, but the delivery wasn't done in time. They don't have any control over the delivery date as the products are coming from India in our case.
It's okay for the people who could wait for 3-6 months for the delivery, otherwise, don't order from them.

I like Structube brand but I won’t go THIS store again. They don’t understand their own system. Delivery schedule was mixed up by their mistake, then phoned me to come to pick up few items by myself at the delivery day. I couldn’t go so I had to cancel my order. It was waste of time. Hope they will provide better customer service.

We stopped here to shop for a couch, it was something we could not wait for and I did see the bad reviews which are all related to delayed shipping. We went in anyways and fell in love with a couch at this showroom. We spoke to the agent, we raised our concerns and he gave straight forward responses. If you are looking for something to be delivered asap, I can tell you if the product is in stock, it’s coming from Quebec and it will arrive quick but the key is to make the purchase at the megastore and yes they have a few around but this location is not one of them. If you purchase at a megastore, You will be able to pick up the products at that megastore location which saves the delivery timeframe but cutting it in half and accurate. They offer free delivery but they use third party delivery companies and that’s where they can’t guarantee exact delivery times and susceptible to shipping delays. We opted to pick up at a mega store and it was delivered two days earlier than the expected date they gave. Although we purchased at a megastore, we experienced excellent customer service here , the structube product is extremely comfortable and the price was good

Even though the furniture looks good and modern, the delivery and wait process is pathetic and not transparent. At the time of reserving my items August'2024, I was given a delivery date of Oct 2nd, 2024 and now that we're closer to the deadline the timeliness shifted to Dec'2024.
On top of that they post sales and take backorder which they cannot even fulfill. Really terrible experience dealing with the whole process.
If you really have to get something, try the items in stock or look elsewhere!
STRUCTUBE IS MORE OR LESS SCAMMING PEOPLE!!

I would like to recognize D’Shaun for the excellent customer service he provided to us during our recent purchase. His product knowledge was amazing and he made sure we make an informed decision for our purchase. I have been using Structube products for few years now and highly satisfied with their quality and prices.

Reasonably priced Canadian furniture that requires assembly much like IKEA except finish is hardwood dark walnut and metal which I like better than soft pine wood frame.

Just spoke with Chanel who called me a liar on the phone. I called last week to ensure the bed my parents purchased would be delivered and assembled in there room of choice as they are elderly and this would be convienent. I was informed that this would cost $50 and I was happy to pay it. Upon delivery, to my surprise assembly was not included. I called the store and spoke to Chanel and explained to her that I think the $50 was not good value for what I thought I was getting, she proceeded to incite that I was lying and thinking about another company instead and that there is nothing that can be done for me and my senior parents. It's not about the $50 but the lack of common courtesy and manners from this location. Will never ever buy anything from Structube ever again.

With Young kids our 10 year old Fabric 3 seater from EQ3 was tired, worn out and due for a makeover. We casually walked into Structube and this slick sectional really caught my wife's eyes. Was not planning on paying full price. But we had a great experience dealing Raj(pal) at this location. She was knowledgable, empathetic and amazing to deal with. The Angkor Leather Secitional was the clear winner given our space and we placed the order right away, was lucky to get it within a week despite it being very popular. We love it as a family and it has really uplifted and upscaled our living area. We don't regret at all buying the most expensive leather sectional at Structube. It is a great value in hindsight.

Worst experience, worst customer service, worst delivery policy,worst staff...first they give u 15 hour delivery window then if you request to reschedule the delivery slot given by them they charge you $69+ tax...
For delivery that not even attempted yet....staff was not helping at all and said rescheduling /cancellation could be 25%..worst thing you have to go in person to request for rescheduling the delivery or order cancellation....

We recently purchased a couch from Structube. We were originally unsure about the couch because we were looking for a couch with an ottoman, and this particular couch did not come with an ottoman. The sales person who was helping us suggested that we could borrow the store samples when we go out shopping for a different ottoman to make sure that it matches. After returning to the store at a later date to borrow the samples, we were told that we were not allowed to take the samples out of the store. It seems as though we were told what we wanted to hear in order for us to go through with purchasing the couch, which is very disappointing. After reaching out to Customer Service, our issue was this dismissed.
