They will tell you whatever they think you want to hear for delivery dates to secure the sale. When they discovered they didn’t have the product they went ahead and ordered without me agreeing to the new dates. They refused to give my deposit back. They were no shows for 2 promised delivery dates and did not call. I had to go in the store to talk to them. Their customer service is extremely bad. They eventually delivered the furniture. (7 weeks later for an item they said they had in stock but didn’t) The furniture itself is ok but their sales tactics and service is very bad. My worst experience with furniture so far as other stores in the GTA are being honest about their stock availability.The rugs sold by another person in the same store is good quality at good prices. We bought 2 rugs and are happy with them.

Customer service was extremely good. I really liked the couches and the mattress that were shown. Also, i like how they treat their customers. specially Rahat bhai. He has been really respectful and a good businessman . Definitely recommend this store.

I have been to this store twice and the customer service has been excellent. Both times. Price is very good and very fast reliable delivery service definitely a five out of five for me.

Stylo provided great service! We bought sofas 5 years ago and Rahat was able to return this sofa free of charge and deducted it from our new sofa. He always keeps the customer first and is super honest with his words.

Always pressuring you to buy their furniture. The store down the street had the exact same couch for $500 cheaper. I’d post a picture here but they don’t allow you to take pics.. probably because they do not want to be exposed for overcharging… smhUpdated Review: as the owner would like to claim I’m a competitor who’s lying, please read this: I did not buy from them, except stating my experience from the store. To owner: if you feel I am being dishonest (which I’m not surprised as most your reviews seem to blame the customer), please visit the store yourself (In Style Furniture Gallery) down the street and you will see the same sofa as yours, $500 cheaper. If you would like to say I am lying I will happily take a picture for people on here to review themselves. Thanks.

Amazing place and the staff very polite.I ordered my whole bedroom here including the mattress. Also ordered my sofas . Great quality and they were very helpful and made me some awesome deals . Been a customer for almost 10 years. 10/10 I would recommend!!
