Worst customer service I have ever received by a Manager (Tia).
I went there to exchange my clothes and she was extremely rude since starting and didn’t want to help. She was not welcoming and did not show any customer service traits. After I tried a piece of cloth and left it on the rod, she said that I did not have proper etiquettes. When I told her that she is being rude and I don’t want to deal with her, she said that she is the only one who can do the exchange and that we have no choice. At that moment I got really upset and left the store without doing the exchange. I wish I had the option to give zero stars.

I came to this store during the 40% sale, the staff welcomed me warmly when I walked in. And despite being busy, they were able to help me with recommendations on the most popular items. The store looked amazing, clean and well kept. Definitely will be coming back for more amazing deals and discounts!!
