It’s very well organized and clean. I got 4 milk glass vases that were priced at $2.15 each so that was a good buy. But much like other shoppers have pointed out, some of their clothing prices are ridiculous. $49.99 for a Talbot’s knit sweater? I understand it still has its tag on, but this was donated. Better to go in a store and buy a sweater brand new for that price

Organized items in different aisles. Got a chance to visit during a 50% off sale event. Got some kids’ books and maternity stuff for my daughter.
Respectful and kind staff who are always willing to help.

Got sold merchandise that was damaged, went to the store to ask if its possible to reduce the price of it because it was 35 dollars (nearly 40 with tax), got handed a receipt and told to sign here for the return when we did not even ask to return the item, we again asked if its possible to just get a price reduction due to the item being damaged because we still wanted it we just thought 40 is unreasonable for a jacket that has multiple holes in it, plus the costs to get the jacket repaired would be high aswell... the cashier told us she cant do anything about it unless we sign the return receipt. After signing she went into the manager's office for 30 seconds and came back and told us nothing can be done and it will go back to production (got told later by the manager that this cashier actually told her that we just wanted to do a return and nothing else) then the manager refused to let us buy back the jacket saying they cant becasue we already returned it (basically got forced to return something just because we asked for a price reduction) and that they are taking it off the floor and that it wont be sold again (likely throwing it away). Now we are left with store credit to a place we never want to go again didnt even get our money back :) went from being an affordable 2nd hand shop that low income families can actually purchase their clothes at to nearly paying full price for items and getting mistreated and belittled by the staff.

Wouldn't give me more than a 20% discount for a $14 pair of pants missing the button.
They can't even be worn right away! Just on principle I left it because that is absolutely crooked - $14 for broken pants...

My mother and I had an amazing experience with Yemi! She was our cashier and was so sweet and genuine. I want to come back to this location just because of her customer service! It’s so rare to see such a beautiful smile when shopping anywhere these days. We had a 10/10 experience with her, please give her a raise!

I will say I love Talize for their huge selection, organization, and cleanliness. HOWEVER, its prices are definitely up there for a thrift store. Their pricing is not consistent and they jack up prices for name brands. I only like to go to Talize when they have sales (50% off a certain category), but those are few and far between. You're better off going down the street to Goodwill where they have standard category pricing.

Had a great experience at this location. Very friendly cashiers. Nice atmosphere. Got great deals when donating as well as their usual deals there. So excited to wear the clothing got there today!

Ruined the thrift shopping experience should be ashamed of the changes doubling the price used clothing excuse me hello? and mostly poor quality. I remember going to find vintage pieces brand names for a fraction of store's there originally I boycott it today only when they have 50% is ok their profit hungry and have a huge turnover. Racks way too packed I can barely get thru them nothing worth spending money on here anymore. Tasteless tacky in every section of the store everything should be $1 donate the rest to the homeless it's a charity not a designer store get real....
