I only have amazing experience here. Shoutout to many, Claudia and Evelina M! They are all so sweet, helpful and patient. They get it all finish. I always go to this branch and they always help me with any issues I have on the spot. Td branch is very clean, is accessible and has a ton of parking.

I arrived to deposit about 20 rolls of coins, the teller began opening each of the rolls and counting the money while verifying the coins were real… I asked if she had to do that for each role and she said she did. Management has directed them to verify the funds in each role and confirm, the money is real.
It took her about 45 seconds to do one role, I ended up collecting my money and leaving as I did not have 20 to 30 minutes to deposit $150.
I am now using another branch that does not act as ridiculous as this location

Honestly the slowest bank I’ve been to. Go to any other branch but save your time and don’t go here.
The clerks themselves were kind and helpful.
Tom was my clark and he did a good job.

I've been banking with TD for decades and been to this location for various services and never had an issue not well served. Would like them to return the clock that posted wait times in the line. Banks should have dedicated cashiers for different services like one for bill payments.

strongly advise against visiting this TD branch due to the abysmal customer service provided by (AYA AND AYA ).the two lady’s they pretend to run the show at this branch..
there lack of professionalism and rudeness demonstrate a dire need for extensive customer service training. There behaviour was completely unacceptable and tarnished the overall experience
