I rarely visit this branch and glad I did when I did. I had the pleasure of being served by Mohamad Fakhoury (sorry if I misspelt it) He want above and beyond the call of duty to retrieve my past transactions with patience and professionalism. He found what I was looking for and made copies for my records. He was compassionate to my situation and was beyond helpful. Thank you for the excellent customer service and kindness to get what I needed. I will continue to come to your branch more often because of this wonderful experience with Mohamad.

They closed a couple of locations they had to build this MAIN ONE but everytime I go they’re closed or shortstaffed
the ONE ATM outside was out of order, disappointing I’ve been quite loyal to TD but it’s time to switch

Not sure why lately they've decided to lock the outer ATMs on off hours. The single outside machine is never functioning either. Had to call to find out the only POTENTIALLY functioning ATM is @ Erin Mills. (Hurontario has no accessible ones either). As I called about 7 other people came up disappointed too. Not the first time this has happened. Absolutely infuriating.

ATMs inside can only be used during office hours - forcing you to use the ONE ATM outside...

Poor service, took forever. Waited 15 minutes to get to the front of the line and another 5 minutes before being waved over (Despite 2 open tellers just basically idling there). To add insult to injury i was treated like an inconvenience by the teller despite doing my best to be professional (She sure wasn't).
Would not come here again and will tell others about this experience whenever i get the chance.

What happen to this branch. Super slow and not friendly at all. I have to wait to get my money. Very frustrating. If the bank machine did currency exchange I wouldn’t see a teller. What is happening to service at TD???

This is unfortunately the worst branch of TD, it’s super unorganized, short staffed , and un trained staff.
I live near by to this location and everytime I would rather drive to a farther location then come here. They always have an excuse of someone calling sick or that they work with appointments base ( so then just don’t accept walk-in ) , I had to wait for my credit card to be approved for more than a month, when I went to a different location they did it in 2 days… I just really hope the manager “ owner “ take matters in their hand and step up the service in this branch

This is not my local branch and I had an access card and mortgage inquiry. Ali and Matt were very helpful and took a lot of time to explain payment schedules and breakdowns. Thanks again!

I would like to take the time to thank Matthew. Today he gave me the best service I ever experienced as a long term TD customer. He is professional, humble and most of all kind and compassionate. When I was losing all hope in the TD branch he really gave me an experience today I will never forget. I truly believe we need more kind compassionate individuals working in customer service like this. He absolutely deserves a raise and a recognition for his hard work and excellent customer service. Excellent service provided by Denielle Hughes today at this branch! Denielle was patient, friendly & intuitive helping me apply for & process an application for a new credit card, make a business loan payment, upgrade to an all inclusive personal account & provided a plethora of information for furthering my progress with TD Bank services all in one sitting!! TD Mavis please take very good care of Denielle Hughes as this type of client care is rare & she is a true asset to TD Bank!

was very satisfied here, the reason is that when I went to another TD bank, they didn't want to help me because I was a median, they didn't even look at me, but when I came to this bank, Ms. MİLA helped me a lot, friendly and satisfied, I would like to thank him.

Very slow, they hold the line over 20min with only 4 people in line.
