Customer service has declined in the last 1-2 years (probably around the time that they acquired Tech Data): longer phone wait times, less willingness to accommodate special pricing or shipping scenarios, and unreliable logistics (selecting a specific carrier and/or shipping method and orders are sent out with a different carrier and/or shipping method). Customer service and shipping issues aside, Synnex continues to have more in-stock items than other distributors we work with so that's a plus.

I acknowledge that I was late on payment (totaling ~$300 ). But even after paying the pending invoices(which was a nightmare, I had to provide my CC details three times to three different people), they cancelled all the Microsoft subscriptions for my clients under my account without notice which caused a lot of disruption and inconvenience. I have a small business but this is not the way to treat your clients.

Super slow people. Its 2019 everything should be moving along at lightening speed and I'm waiting my order of $2350 for 2 months. Finally got hold of the manager who told me the order was misplaced after they charged my master card for he money and I paid the bill already 40 days ago. This a joke business and I canceled my order, picked up a cheque from them my self and order from a different supplier. What a waste of time, imagine if my work was stopped for that period I'm waiting them.
