What a great experience! Thank you for making this a great experience Amal and thank you for your patience! We bought a leather couch here 30+ yrs ago, which still looks great but wanted a change. There was so much to choose from! And also fine-tune with a large choice of legs and incredible array of fabrics! It's between Aubergine and Pesto - such luscious colors.

We were unable to visit the store however we received excellent customer service from Amal via telephone who helped us customize and complete our purchase. Amal went over everything with us in great detail and even managed to fulfil our request for a rather unconventional colour to enhance our recliner and make it quite unique. Amal is extremely knowledgeable and was always available for us. We recommend her highly.

This establishment is great. The associate,Sandra, was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The products that they deal with are of great quality and for this reason we came back nearly a decade later to purchase a sectional and two seater couch.We are super excited to have many comfortable years with their product. Aya helped me pick out colours for the couch, recliner and cushions I bought. I brought in photos of my area rug and furniture and she did a great job helping me find what I liked. Delivery was a bit later than the six weeks as the second piece took a bit longer to come in. Delivery team were careful, efficient and pleasant. I am really enjoying the recliner and the red sofa adds a nice pop of colour to the room.

Went shopping with my mother who is a senior that recently moved and had to downsize. She was looking for a sofa bed and was a bit stressed regarding her new situation. The Sales Associate, Sandra was so amazing she left happier than we could have imagined. Sandra listened to her requirements and made the best suggestions. The couch was delivered on time today by 2 of the kindest young men. My mother is thrilled. So thankful to Sandra for taking the time to help her get the best couch for her new home and to the delivery people for setting it up perfectly and removing the packaging
