I walked into the store and the worker Ashley was very rude and uptight, even when we left to go to the car she kept giving us dirty looks from the window. It was also very expensive, definitely will not come again. If you can try to go to the one on Eglinton, they’re very pleasant, and will give you a discount if they’ll see fit.

Please be Careful before you send any courier via UPS. I have been chasing a claim for lost equipment worth in thousands, since April 2023. It has been more than 195 days- the process started- still no results. The store says they no say in settling claim and at the mercy of management to settle the claim. Interesting part is I bought insurance for all lost and damage and but did not know it would take 195 days to follow the process and still counting..!... Finally claim settled at 200 day. Closure! Alas.

The woman who works here, I think her name is "Rekula", looks very familiar. I think it was the same woman who looked at me in an odd way many years ago when I was 18 standing in best buy, my meat hammer became semi big in my jeans looking at a game, this woman was entranced by it gazing at it, right there I could have acquired this woman for a special encounter but I didn't, at the time I had no special encounter experience with women. Fast forward to age 31 I have been with several South Asian girls of various caste groups.She stood there for 5 seconds with her jaw dropped gazing at it, I remember looking up at her and she walked away slowly. I don't know for sure if it is the same woman but it might be, her husband was very threatened when I went there long ago, he tried to be socially imposing upon me talking about some movie I didn't care about. I think she desires fair skinned males with big tan meaty ones now.

Please DO NOT DO A PASSPORT PHOTO at this location.It is more expensive than at the other UPS locations and the quality is very poor. Almost had it rejected at the Passport Office.When I went to voice my concern, customer service agent was very rude and she did not have any respect for the client.I am very much about supporting local business howevernot this UPS location.

They have a swift and convenient package drop-off service. The service was fast, staff friendly, and the process was hassle-free. After leaving my package, it was processed in minutes and shipped too immediately to its destination.

I have been going to this UPS Store for almost two years. Spent a lot of money on pictures, print outsand photocopies etc. I had gone to the store on Mar 07 for three photographs which were needed for immigration purpose. I shared the requirements and paid the amount. The next day when I went to the Consulate they said that one of the pictures were not taken properly and we had to either share the digital photo with them or get it clicked again. I called and emailed the store requesting them to email the digital copy since they didn’t process the physical copy correctly and offered to drop the physical copy back to them. Despite understanding the urgency of the situation they told me to transfer the amount to them additionally for digital copy. Just another way for making money by cashing on someone’s urgency.I thought it better to pay the amount at the consulate and redo the picture rather than be blackmailed. Disappointing experience.

I went to this UPS store today. The girl with name Anna Kay is so nice. She is patient to help me with uploading photos for PR renewal and instructed me to submit my application. I am so grateful for her help. May all the best for the nice girl!

On May 10, 2022 I went to this UPS #365 to get 2 photo for Canadian passport. While driving to Service Canada I noticed the photo on top of my forehead there was a yellow glare. I called and spoke to Ashley, who took my picture, and explained if these were be ok. She said the computer would not print if not ok. After waiting for about 2 hours in queue at Service Canada, the officer said these were not acceptable due to the yellow glare on my forehead as it did not match my skin colour. Afterwards I went to local Shoppers to get them done. On May 13, I went back to Service Canada and lined up for 2.5 hours. With the new photos at Shoppers all went well. Today, May 17 I finally found the time to go On May 10, 2022 I went to this UPS #365 to get 2 photo for Canadian passport. Although the other female employee served me, Ashley was there and claimed she did not speak to me May 10. They demanded the rejection letter to prove the photos were not accepted. She showed me a box filled with rejection letters. Wow, so many complaints already. I wasn't aware Service Canada would issue such letter in person. Maybe if you mail the passport application. Now do they think I would line up again at Service Canada and request such letter? After leaving without a refund. the other customer told me she had the same issue with photo with her young daughter on the side of hair with yellow glare. She said she would never go back to that store for photos. Very disappointed for poor quality of the photos. See the attached picture and photo instruction from Service Canada re glare.

It was a quick return drop off for amazon. the associate was behind the plexi glass protocols were being followed and I did have my mask on and i appreciate the fact that they want to maintain distance and want to keep workers and customers safe but when the lady behind the counter told me to just leave my package on the table/stand by the door and sort of cut me off when i was trying to tell her its a return it left me a lil puzzled.Maybe a sign on the door or some warning beforehand so the person coming in knows what they will encounter and what to expect during the drop off etc. i was left confused given i wasnt sure if my parcel was okay and it would have been worse if it had been an expensive package return etc.if the whole thing was better communicated it would have been better idea to keep everyone involved safe is great execution is where it failed lil.

I have been to this location of UPS many times over the last 18 months. The service here is absolutely amazing! I walked in yesterday and the same Representative, A-K that always helps me greeted me with a smile and said, "Hi, we haven't seen you in a while!". It was so nice to be greeted and acknowledged! This Service representative does such a wonderful job, super friendly, very efficient and got me in and out very quickly! Truly A-K takes pride in what she does! She also gave me a tip so that my next visit goes even quicker! The owners of this location are also friendly and take pride in what they do! What a wonderful experience and what exceptional service! Thank you to A-K and the entire team at UPS #365!

Poor customer service. I dropped off a returned package to Amazon and she asked me to just leave it there and go. I asked if I will get some proof but she said it is all online. I asked her to scan it she said yes I will do that and I left not knowing if my package is in the system or if it will be returned. Not sure what strategy that is. I should at least receive an email confirming it's been received by UPS.I prefer Canada Post drop off stations and their customer service is a lot better. They were also vacuuming and I barely could hear what the lady was saying to me.

I had to mail 4 packages urgently to Canada and USA. Came to the store on New Year’s Eve at 3.57PM (they close at 4pm).They patiently waited for me as I completed the waybill while their staff boxed and taped all the packages for me.Exceptional service, high attention to detail and grateful that stayed past their closing time to help me ship the packages.Thank you and Happy new year to your entire team!!

So rude staff. I suggest to take customer service training first and then start your business. “No tapping here” everything is so costly in this world. Oh my god, I hope it’s not sunny otherwise they will charge $2.99 for a cup of water as well while managing 4-5 heavy boxes. Attention!!!! Don’t forget to take a ball pen, because ball pen is too costly (YOU NEED TO BUY A NEW BALL PEN) as nothing is free in this world.
