I love this store but the employees need more backup especially on the weekends! Today I noticed an employee working by himself and I felt bad because he had to do so many things at once, he did a great job though so shoutout to him would just be nice if they were one or two more people working. Great store otherwise!

I used to love shopping here for vintage clothes, but my recent visit was pretty disappointing. The staff, the Mya, didn’t seem very engaged and kind of rude. I walked in and wasn’t greeted at all, which was a bit off-putting. The overall vibe felt awkward, too. The staff was more focused on talking to each other than assisting customers, which made me feel uncomfortable. I really hope they work on their customer service, because that’s what makes a store worth coming back to.

Staff at this location come off as nonchalant and pretentious - made my friends and I (who were actually excited to visit) feel uncomfortable/awkward when browsing…no greetings, just side eyes and staring at customers while chatting with their coworkers. Will not return to this location in the future.

Throwback vault has an amazing vibe and every time I enter the store it is very welcoming. The clothing really does remind me of the old style it feels like a time capsule! I visit this location often and the employees are always helpful in finding what I am looking for. One of my most recent visit before the close Celina helped me in finding shirts just before an outing and I am absolutely in love with these vintage Harley Davidson t-shirts! This is only one of the many times these employees have helped me in finding these hidden gems. I will definitely continue to shop here and I can’t wait to see the new location!

First of all, the employees don't greet you when you walk in... but the Asian girl took the cake with a very pretentious, "I'm too good to talk to you" vibe.I walked into this store recently and inquired if the business purchases used clothing if brought in by the customer. Fair question right? Was just given a nasty look and barely given a response. Don't know why but they need to chill. You work in a used clothing store.Carson

I went to this location on their opening weekend. I bought a shirt that I really liked after the first wash the material started to wear and after the second wash the shirt completely fell apart. Threw it into the back of my closet and forgot about it until i cleaned today. After only two washes the shirt is ruined .
