I haven't had a towing experience with this company however I have had a negative experience from this truck driving behind me. When I made a full stop instead of rolling stop at a red light before turning right he was laying on his horn behind me. And when I was trying to take a left hand turn, I was waiting for the vehicle going the opposite direction with the right of way to go straight he was laying on his horn again behind me. This guy was an aggressive driver, I don't need people aggressively laying on their horn behind me when I am following basic driving rules.

From start to finish, their lack of professionalism and honesty was shocking. What should have been a simple and straightforward process turned into a complete headache.
The staff were rude, dismissive, and showed zero concern for proper communication or transparency. Instead of helping resolve the situation, they made things more complicated and frustrating. It was clear that customer care and integrity are not priorities for this company.
I strongly advise anyone looking for towing or collision assistance to go elsewhere. Save yourself the stress and choose a business that values respect, honesty, and professionalism — because TLK Towing & Collision absolutely does not

Today Sep 29 2025 one of Todd's drivers (Michael) charged me $452 as an after hours rate at 8 46 PM for being parked at 6295 Mississauga Rd. He said I will be given a receipt as I paid 400+13% HST but nothing has been provided. I paid him 352 cash and was short of 100 so sent an etransfer which he took on his personal email ID as he said the one on TLK visiting card is down.
He first said he got a call from the business who wasnt reachable by phone then he said he has been called by Peel police and he couldnt provide the report number. Then he said he is not carrying the POS terminal for card payment and insisted on paying cash instead of full amount via etransfer.
I had my family with me at that time and dint want to argue with the driver. So paid him and got the car off hook. While bringing it down he ended up cracking front bumper and damaging both the front tie rods and sway bars. Took it to mechanic who is asking for $2000.
Business says they only towed from rear of the vehicle and have a video footage. I will also like to see the same as the vehicle was lifted from front as well because there was a steering lock put on the vehicle and it is a FWD also same will show driver being paid in cash as that happened near the truck bed on the passenger side. Email ID and phone number to receive receipt and footage is with your driver from the e transfer.
Reporting this business on MTO, social media and filing a BBB + court complaint for damage to vehicle.

BEWARE! Todd, the owner, and his drivers are engaging in unethical towing practices at the commercial property located at 6295 Mississauga Road. They have been towing customer vehicles without proper authorization from the owners or the landlord, demanding a payment of $250 to release the vehicles. This conduct is highly concerning and raises significant ethical and legal questions. We have reported this matter to CTV Media and the City of Mississauga Bylaw Enforcement for further investigation. Customers are advised to exercise caution and report any unauthorized towing activity.
