Delivery time not met! They sent me an email to say there was a delay but sent an incorrect date because the barrels will be there another week later those barrels are filled with items for my wedding! And when I called for compensation they advised me that there is nothing they can do and they always tell their customers there can be a 2- 4 week delay and this is not true or I would not have taken the chance to ship with them 2 months. Thank you tradespan for ruining my wedding and having a care free attitude about the situation.....ship at your own risk!!!!!!!

Delivery time was not met, my package was held back in Canada and the Tradespan Cargo ltd did not inform me of this delay.I called their office and no answer, they do not give you any form of update when there is a problem with your shipment.This is how tradespan cargo ltd treat customers when they thinks they are the only company that does shipping.Ship at your own risk.

Profoundly poor. They provide misleading information to get the business. Have to wait very long to get my cargo. The owner has terrible temper and unfit to do business. Terrible customer service. 0/10!!

I've always had a fantastic experience with the Tradespan. Their service has always been top-notch from start to finish.Their process was incredibly convenient. They scheduled a pickup right from our doorstep, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. The team always arrive on time and are professional and efficient. Furthermore, our barrels arrived at the destination in perfect condition. If you need a shipping service that goes above and beyond, this is the company to choose. We'll definitely be using their services again in the future.

My first shipping experience with Tradespan Cargo Ltd this past summer was excellent. The telephone agent I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable, polite, friendly and professional. Also from start to finish, I was informed throughout by Tradespan, what the status of the shipping process was. This was quite meaningful to me. Thank you Tradespan for making my shipping experience a pleasant and memorable one.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They picked up the barrel from my home at the agreed upon time. Great service and up to date notifications made for a great experience. I would definitely use Tradespan when I'm shipping stuff to Trinidad for my family.

The BEST shipping company ever, barrells always on time for me, customer service is amazing. From the office team who take the bookings to the pick up team. Have been using tradespan since 2010. And will continue my shipping with them to Antigua. And Jamaica.

They can somehow answer every single review on here but have a hard time answering their phones, calling or returning emails. They seem to think it's ok to pass the buck. Like it's everyone else's fault and take no fault of their own. Believe the 1 star rating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP ANYTHING ANYWHERE. They will not take responsibility and will make it seem like it's everyone else except them even when the issue is blatantly their fault.Do not use these people as a last resort. They should be a non option. I don't need a response tradespan. Your words are worthless

One star is too generous, to be honest. I dispatched a shipment to an individual in Nassau, Bahamas. Tradespan mistakenly placed the incorrect consignee name on both the Bill of Lading and the invoice. Consequently, the recipient in Nassau was unable to locate the shipment, and no contact was established due to the erroneous information. Over the course of approximately a month, my clients received no communication regarding the whereabouts of the shipment. I attempted to contact Tradespan, an endeavor that proved exceedingly difficult. Upon reaching out to Tropical in Nassau, I discovered through multiple attempts at clarifying the name sequencing that the Bill of Lading's name was indeed incorrect. By this juncture, storage fees had accrued from both Tropical Shipping and the Bahamas Customs Department. I promptly informed Tradespan about the situation. In response, a customer service agent named Haris Jawed assured me via email that I would be reimbursed for the storage costs due to their mistake on the Bill of Lading, which prevented the shipment's discovery. I subsequently forwarded the storage receipts to Tradespan as evidence for reimbursement. Astonishingly, they have now reversed their stance, claiming inability to reimburse me due to the elapsed time frame. This timeframe issue is a direct result of their own name error that impeded the locating of the shipment. This behavior is completely inconsistent with the mutually agreed-upon terms. Unbelievable! Their abysmal customer service has convinced me never to engage with their services again. They display no willingness to take responsibility for their egregious error.

Had to ship some things to a very good friend of mine( cf veteran) and Tradespan and everyone I've dealt with over the phone and in-person were all very professional, punctual and made me feel like an important customer. Will always use Tradespan for future shipments.

They never ever answer the phone, I can never get through to anyone. The moment you call and press 2 for commercial someone will answer, however not for residential. On answering for commercial, no assistance is provided. Trying to get thru to Tradespan is like pulling teeth. The excuse is always staff is ill, everyday staff is sick for the residential side. All i want to do is to track a barrel, they say the service is available online, yet when all details are entered, the message is someone will call back in 24 hours. Let me tell you i have been waiting since Monday. Things were never this bad and i honestly like shipping with them but if i cant speak to anyone , i think this will be my last encounter.

Lost my barrel, which was for my parents memorial, keeps giving me the run around stating barrel was in Trinidad and it's Plipdeco fault, when the barrel never left Canada. No apology, after doing my own investigation and spending lots of unnecessary money on long distance calls to Consolidated Cargo and to Plipdeco, the barrel never left Canada as was stated by Haris at Trades Pan.Will never used them again, poor customer service

I am very disappointed with the company’s reliability. They sent a shipping schedule from Canada to Jamaica for the holiday period, so I went ahead and followed it. However, the shipment never left Canada until after the scheduled time. The barrels did reach two weeks after and have been sitting and waiting to be “stripped” from Dec 24th. I know that this was a part of the holidays in Jamaica, but I have received no more information on the barrels since then. Please don’t send a schedule if you don’t work by it.
