He offered helpful tips and guidance on preparing my place to move, what items I should get for the move, what he could offer me and always answered all my questions/concerns promptly. He and Paul, who was also terrific, showed up to my apartment in advance and highly prepared. They were effective and treated all my things with the utmost respect. They made suggestions regarding caring for my items and the way in which I stored my belonging in storage and clearly leaned on their experience to ensure mine was 10 out of 10. The bonus was they were lovely to spend time with. My dad and I were extremely impressed and will think of both Doug and Paul in future should we need any moving services again. “I ordered furniture from HAY and XPO was the logistics company for the delivery. I received a call on Saturday informing me I would be able to schedule my delivery with the earliest time being Tuesday (I was expecting a lead time of over a week considering COVID). I received automated calls on Monday and Tuesday informing me of my 4 hour delivery window and when I would be up next. The driver also called me when he was 30 minutes away. Upon arrival, the two guys clarified where I wanted the furniture and promptly brought it in and assembled it within 30 minutes. They were respectful of my space and asked me to ensure the furniture was placed at the exact spot I wanted it to be. They also parked the truck in a place that wasn't blocking the road or bike lane.”

“I pick up here at least three times a week. Sometimes I wait three hours but more often tho it’s about an hour and a half total time. My record has been 20 minutes- a few times. With the amount of product they receive and send out I find it a reasonable amount of time. Once I get my truck to the dock tho it usually goes pretty fast within 15 min to a half hour depending on howMuch I am picking up. it’s getting to the dock that’s the waiting time. They have even served me during lunch The forklift drivers always great me with a smile and load my truck the way I like it loaded. The person at front cage always remembers who I am and am very impressed he can remember my name and truck number It can be a slow process but you have to remember everyone wants their product now and can be overwhelming just waiting for the line of transport and straight trucks to load and unload ahead of you. Overall a very good experience over the last five years I have been coming here. And big kudos to the manager(Shandra) ?? walking the floor making sure we as drivers are being taking care of.
