We used Armstrong to return this priceless item to our offices in Ontario. Arden Holt, our project coordinator, was outstanding to work with throughout the process, both responsive and able to work within our parameters. When I arrived to pick up the crated model at Armstrong's Mississauga warehouse, the team was excellent in helping to ensure the crate got into my transportation -- an SUV.

“I have been shopping with qtrex for over 28 years. They must be doing a great service because there still in business for over 35years or more. Do you guys think some of your issues could be the slackers in jamaica or the other countries. Yes it is. Especially jamaica. Qtrex filled up the container once it's filled it gets send off. Don't think because your barell gets picked up on Saturday it will be shipped in Tuesday. The containers have to be filled and the ship has to get paid fuel plus inspection. Once the shipment lands in jamaica it has to be unload. The slackers in jamaica take there precious time. So be patient people. Qtrex does a wonderful job. I will continue to ship with them. Anyone wants to ship wait until spring. Jamaica is a complete mess. As if they weren't already. Blessings people take it easy on qtrex they do there part and a outstanding job.”

Although Chit Chats doesn’t have a mobile app, their website works perfectly, it’s easy to create labels, and tracking updates are always accurate and timely.
I truly wish them continued success. The Mississauga location is just a 10-minute drive from my home and very convenient, especially since they’re open on Sundays until 1 PM (closed on Saturdays). Highly recommended!”

“I pick up here at least three times a week. Sometimes I wait three hours but more often tho it’s about an hour and a half total time. My record has been 20 minutes- a few times. With the amount of product they receive and send out I find it a reasonable amount of time. Once I get my truck to the dock tho it usually goes pretty fast within 15 min to a half hour depending on howMuch I am picking up. it’s getting to the dock that’s the waiting time. They have even served me during lunch The forklift drivers always great me with a smile and load my truck the way I like it loaded. The person at front cage always remembers who I am and am very impressed he can remember my name and truck number It can be a slow process but you have to remember everyone wants their product now and can be overwhelming just waiting for the line of transport and straight trucks to load and unload ahead of you. Overall a very good experience over the last five years I have been coming here. And big kudos to the manager(Shandra) ?? walking the floor making sure we as drivers are being taking care of. It’s not perfect but it could be a heck of a lot worse. Keep up the good work!!!David Gow”
