Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. The woman who owns the place was rude, dismissive and condesending. They lost 2 Cashmere sweaters and told me they would ONLY reimburse me for 20% of the value of each sweater. NEVER use this company. Have used Turf Cleaners for many years and have no complaints.We had 2 wool rugs cleaned here just recently and they did an excellent job. We would use Turf cleaners again.

Reworked drapes for us and they came out beautiful. Couldn't be happier. The seams were perfect and the staff were wonderful. Highly recommended.

I brought my Mackage jacket here to be dry cleaned and when I got it back there were noticable bluish-white marks along the seams and all around the black jacket. So I brought it back the next day to see what they could do about it. The lady there was very rude and kept insisting that it was from "wear and tear" from the dry cleaning, which never happened before when I got it back from another dry cleaners last year. She said there was nothing they could do, then tried to tell me that my jacket was old and that's why it looked like that. I've only had it for about 2 years and take care of it. That's why I bring my jackets once a year to get cleaned so it would look new.Please never bring expensive clothing items to them because they clearly don't know what they are doing and will ruin them. I wish I read the other reviews before coming here since others have had bad experiences. They charged me $65 dollars to ruin my jacket.

I brought in my 8yr. old son's suit to be altered. The pants were taken in (by the waist) and hemmed. The jacket sleeves were shortened.All this....a whopping $65.00.Crazy!

Service is not good at all, brought items in here to be fixed and when the seams started coming out after the fix they would not repair them - wanted to charge me again. So there is no guarantee on the work. They are also very arrogant seeming, doesn't feel like a friendly environment. To top it off pricing doesn't seem competitive either. Overall not going back there...
