Awful customer service. Sold us an expensive couch; cushions were compressed within 6 mo. Required shaving pillows weekly. We asked for replacement cushions, at which time they informed us we shouldn’t bought the more expensive inserts, even though the original salesperson didn’t offer us this option. We were excited when they sent new better inserts for the cushions after a few months of battling. Turns out they sent 1 new insert (there are 6 cushions), and it didn’t fit. Avoid urban barn

I recently visited the Urban Barn store to pick-up an item that I purchased online, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The staff member, an Indian lady, never welcomed customers, did not smile (or perhaps chooses whom to smile at), and did not acknowledge me when I picked up my item. Even though I am a customer purchasing an item, there was no appreciation. This is the second time I have visited the store, and she exhibited the same attitude on both occasions. It was an absolutely terrible experience, just like my last visit. I would not have gone there if I had the option to pick up my item from another location.

I have shopped at the Argentia location over the years Specifically Tina & Angie have always been extremely helpful & I’m always amazed how they can recall my past purchases even if it’s been awhile since I shopped there! Would definitely recommend this great shopping experience for the good prices, selection & customer service!

Great experience at this store. Had to swap a frame I purchased at another location as it was damaged. Angie the manager was super helpful. Kept it ready for me and got the swap done super quick with no hassles. Would highly recommend this location.
