I usually dont do bad reviews because then it stays, but enough is enough.I actually regret the day I got their Mastercard because it’s been just one issue after another and takes up so much time and energy to call customer support and get things fixed.1) last year when I made the card I shopped for $200 and they said they ll send the card in 2 weeks which they didn’t, and I couldn’t pay without the actual card is what they told me, left the country for a bit and they thrashed my credit score for just $200 late payment, which was their fault because I didnt get the card. No email was sent to me, I had no idea what they were doing. Got that fixed after so many calls to custo support.2) then I buy this echelon bike and they promised a 3 month subscription but my credit card was charged after just a month. Again calls and emails to custo support and finally fixed it after a lot of comms (this was directly echelon so Walmart didn’t even help here, took no ownership of selling something third party).3) lastly they have overcharged me for the same order and now I’m sitting once again, calling custo support, trying to fix a problem. The order came with an open box (I have pictures) which I let go to avoid the same loop.After this issue is solved I’m gonna cancel my rewards card and never shop here again. Really bad service and a serious waste of time and energy, calling them and getting things fixed after every purchase.

In and out quickly. I had my list and stuck to it. Found everything I wanted. The longest part was the vash out because there were only two cashiers open. I don't appreciate self checkouts.

My following review has been rejected by Walmart Grocery Pickup . lol“it is too early asking about review, duh.my order hasn’t been ready for picking up, man!”btw, finally i got my pickup yesterday. Thank Walmart.

I love the fact we have a Walmart but it needs in improvement on customer service I've noticed when asking employees for help or asking a question they don't respond friendly ar all I was buying a xxl top for someone and it was marked down on clearance so I asked the lay in clothing can u check the price she did then made a terrible comment that won't ft you it's too big I looked at her and said okie well thank you but it's for someone even f it wasn't she had no right to judge anyone on size s I never in my life would of thought I would harm something like that

This is not an actual Walmart. Do not go here if you're looking to go in and shop. I tried calling and getting no answer, and there was nobody there to greet me when I went there and went in. So I still have no idea exactly what it is.Seems like their corporate office.

I purchased a white double bed on Dec 8th via an online purchase. The bed delivered was a black single bed. I escalated this issue and was told that I would be contacted within 72 hours. 6 days later and still no response I called back again. Each time I spoke to a supervisor. I have from the start requested that Walmart immediately rectify their error and send me the bed I ordered as the error was Walmart's mistake. I was told that the only way this would happen was after the bed was returned and then I could order it all over again. I would of course need to hope that this time the right bed would be delivered. This is totally unfair as this was not my mistake. I would be totally fine with Walmart charging me later if I didn't return the bed. I was then told that I would be sent a label to return the bed within a few days and that there was nothing else Walmart could do. A week plus later Walmart still holds my money and has not yet sent the return label. I did escalate this yet again today and I was told that there was an issue with my postal code. This is the same postal code accepted on the order. I did explain that it's a new house on a new street but that it is valid according to Canada post and to reiterate that it was accepted when the bed was ordered. I have since bought a bed from a more reputable retailer but I want my money back that has been held hostage by Walmart since Dec 8th due to Walmart's own error. I then went to the nearest store and they indicated that they could not refund me because it is captured in their system as being in the process of being returned and is over the allowable amount for an in store return. So I can't get a refund and Walmart can't process the return despite the fact that they shipped the wrong item of a lesser value.
