Went to Walmart to buy a toy for donation during Christmas. So happy I found a game name Trouble that fit my budget $9.97, went to self checkout and scanned as it turns out $22.97, asked associates why its different from labels on shelf, she asked me to accompany her why i get the toy, i took her there and she pointed to the tag and said its Black Friday sale and its over on November 29, I said “Oh, can’t you honour that only a day over and you tag still there”, she said “no” without any hesitation. I had to walk back to check out and waited for her and she took her time going back to cancel my scanned product. I am a senior with bad knees. I felt I am not well treated….WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE i ever encountered. Facts: #1). I had to show them their mistake not taking sales sticker off after sales is over. #2). Not honour the shelf price. #3). Mis-treated a senior with bad heel problems. #4). Take sweet time to serve customer. #5) Letting customers walk out if store with worst experience ever.I did call manager after i left store and told her my situation.

I visited for the first time this Walmart. It looks clean and grocery is stocked well, however I didn't get the bread I wanted as I was told they do not keep that kind and I had to go to another Walmart and I was successful. I am grateful to Kimberly at Deli section who was very pleasant and tried her best to find the bread I wanted. It is always nice to find someone who is so caring to customers!

One of the most disgusting shopping experiences. I work locally so this is one of the 2 locations that I purchase from regularly.Went in to pick up a few items, as usual found a few others and was making my way to the checkouts. I entered the gaming area as they stock thier Funko assortments here. Found the Hard cases I stock for the actual product. Picked up 6 pieces and was making my way to the checkout. As I passing thier pet department I hear, sir you can pay for those in here. I said no thank you, and she proceeded to tell me that they had to be purchased I there. I replied that I had other items, clearly in my hands, and would pay everything at once at the front checkout. I was a bit frustrated, the reason why, while I was I the section at no time did either one of the associates working there acknowledge me, said hello, offered help etc. Instead they felt the need to walk near me, and I guess inspect what I was doing there. I understand being in the retail world that theft exists, and not everyone is honest coming into your building. At the same time, your honest and regular supporting customers should not be made to feel like we are doing something wrong by shopping your store.To escalate further the gentleman that was in the area decided it was a great idea to follow me to the front register and go whisper to the front end cashiers. At this point one of them came to me and just stood there watching me scan and bag the items. In her defense she did off to assist me however I declined as I was not enjoying this shopping experience. I asked for the manager twice. The first time she didn't acknowledge the request. When I asked again she told me to go to customer service. Based on this experience today I will no longer support this location. I work hard for my income and am an honest individual. I know that I am only one person and this may not change your stores approach. However, I also know that I will not spend my hard earned money in a store that provides this kind of negative customer experience.I'm also considering just returning my purchases now as it's really left a bad impression. Thank you for your time.

Placed 2 separate orders from this store online. Both orders had misleading descriptions. After being waiting for 2 weeks had to get a refund.Very disappointed

Racist employees… i purchased one toy for my son and the attendant at the door asked for my receipt meanwhile the lady in front of me had a cart FULL of items ! I proceeded to tell them i did not feel comfortable the managers apologize and meanwhile i am looking at the man and he does not stop ANYONE else for the next 10 min as i was standing there …. Very odd never been stopped with only one item before ??? Calling head office to submit my complaint as well the managers do not care over here !

Always go here but might not any longer. It's smelt like mouse excrement all over the store for at least 3 months. Each time there is less and less products actually labeled with the price let alone the correct price if it's there. I don't know if ownership or management has changed recently but it's not for the better.

Very long lineup on a week night at 8pm!. Had a full cart of food ($300) that I had to self checkout because no cashiers at full serve checkouts open. Huge line-up and only 4-4 self checkouts in 30+ items side! Waited at least 20 min to get to cash out and staff was of no help! I keep forgetting why I hate this Walmart! Def not coming here again!! #walmartargentia

This store never has anything good in stock for the mens went to buy some sandals/slipper from here because I was in a rush. Found a whole aisle full of women’s sandals/slippers asked an elderly employee all i got was a no and a death stare. I work in customer service myself and could do better.

I’ve always purchased furniture from Walmart bc of free delivery. I had a great experience all the time until lately.This time, I bought a queen size foam mattress and when it arrived it looked suspiciously smaller than my bed. I removed it from its box then put it next to the foot of bed, it looked one size small. I checked if it was I who made an error and ordered the wrong item. But I looked at the email confirmation and indeed it wasn’t me who made an error.I called Walmart and have told me that I must return the item to their store. I mentioned that I don’t drive and bc I ordered it online, it just makes sense they should pick it up. Besides, I didn’t want to return it, I want it replaced. I will give the delivery person the wrong mattress when s/he delivers the right size. She then agreed. She put me in contact with the wholesaler named “FACTORY DIRECT WHOLESALE LLC,” asked me a couple of questions: the code and the photo. After two emails from them, they ghosted me.A week later, I called Walmart, and as the first Customer Representative said, I must bring it back to the store. I told her, I called to escalate the situation, not to create a new complaint. I even asked if her colleague wrote our conversation, so she’d have access to the history of my case. She didn’t seem to understand my point.A week later, I received three other phone calls. Telling exactly this: return it to the store.I keep on telling them, I want to exchange it, not return it.The last time I received a call is just a few minutes ago. I decided to write bc these representatives seem to be lacking training.

Do not fall into the trap of mobile plan offers provided by 3rd party agencies inside the walmart store. These people fool you with cheap offers to make their part and the services you get later on are absolutely terrible!

The line for full service checkout were long, there was only one cashier for at least 20 minutes before they placed a second one! Walmart prices are low but not low enough to do my own self check out.The cashier was friendly and checked out the items quickly.The toy section was great and was stocked pretty well. There wasn't that many clearance toys compared to other Walmart. The batman toy that was on clearance was $89, but you can get that same toy at another Walmart for $69.This Walmart had a aisle specific for south Asian foods, and a section of different naan breads. The selection for Spanish food was limited. There wasn't any corn tortillas in the bread section.This Walmart does have an alcohol section, that was different and pretty cool. It felt like an American Walmart in that sense.

Walmart Argentina is a really good place for groceries and everyday items. I would recommend to go here. Along with that, there are other outlets like pharmacy and McDonald's.

Anne, the store manager is VERY rude and unprofessional. I went to return an item within 30 days of buying. I had initially lost my receipt and found it before going. Anne tried to tell me that my item is not returnable able 14 days due to policy. I reviewed my receipt and it did not reflect that same information so I kindly suggested that it's unfair to say that I can't return it. She got more aggressive and told me she can not do it and it's policy to not take anything back that's electronic, told me the headphones I was wearing would be a final sale also (I didn't even buy them there but moving on) she mentioned there's signs in the store that let customers know the return policy in the aisles... I then asked if I walk back there, will I see that same sign? She says maybe cause they're doing renos. I then suggested that a customer should not have to be reading all the signage in the store and should be able to rely on the receipt given up on purchase. After more back an forth with her referring to a list with the policy, I requested to see it. I then verbally read the list out to her on things that can't be returned within 30 days and also 14 days and told her my item does not fit the description. It is at this point where she gets very frustrated and says she will do the return for me and that I am just being difficult. I then suggested to her that I am only going by what policy she has shown me and that it does not say anything about my item. Had I not asked to see this list to verify I can not return, I would be out $45.How does a store manager not capable of understanding their own store policies? Her attitude is utterly disturbing. I will never shop at this location again.
