WOW. What a disaster. Too many people pushing into your cart, picking up items and putting them down anywhere and also leaving their drink cups scattered on random shelves. The remodeling didn"t help the customers from making a mess of each and every shelf in each and every row.The store needs to fire most of the unfriendly staff and replace with people who possess better customer service skills.Plus, you take you life in your hands when exiting to cross into the above ground parking....too many taxi's waiting and not watching when people cross. Regardless of crosswalk, please be aware of the careless drivers and watch your step.

I went to return a product within the return window. The lady at the customer helpdesk lacked the basic courtesy of dealing with the customers. To start with she deliberately tried to misguide me and said that the item was a final sale even when the item are purchased at list price without any offers. I told her that I had enquired with the billing associate about the return policy and the billing associate did tell me that I can return the product in the original condition within 90 days. Then she started arguing that how would billing associate would know everything as there are exceptions bla bla. This essentially means that she was doubting her colleagues to exploit and misguide the customers unfairly.After 5 minutes of back and forth arguments, she did take the return but it was very unwarranted experience one would expect at Walmart.Not sure what company is doing to deal with these incidents and complaints and most importantly with rude staffs who go extra mile to tarnish Walmart goodwill and prestige. That lady was not having even a basic sense of dealing with customers and because of these rude staffs Walmart is losing their customer and business.I would suggest my fellow customers to take a written confirmation from Walmart to ensure your return process is smooth even with rude staffs like the one I had dealt with.

I bought 2 Roblox gift cards but 1 isn't working/malfunctioned. I went to Walmart to return/exchange the gift card but the customer service said if we buy gift cards at Walmart, we can't return/exchange the gift cards even the gift cards are not working/malfunctioned. I said to the customer service: does it mean we buy gift cards at Walmart at our own risk ? The customer service said: yes. So don't buy gift cards at Walmart. Walmart sucks.

Walmart typically offers a wide range of products, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a considerable selection of Indian groceries and snacks at reasonable prices. However, the ongoing construction has made the shopping area a bit congested, which can be a hassle to navigate. Despite this inconvenience, the availability of diverse Indian items is a definite plus for customers seeking these products. Looking forward to the completion of the construction for a smoother shopping experience.

Went to Walmart to purchase a Meta Quest for Xmas gift. Meta Quest is advertised with a game which will be released on Dec.15. OSL is operating the Walmart electronics dept. Had a few questions which no one could answer. Asked for the Meta Quest. Six sales reps were standing around talking. Each one passed my order to another rep. Finally one went to get it from the back. This costs $650.00. When it finally came to the front I asked about the game. The OSL rep said it was no longer part of the sale. Even after showing the advertisement in the store indicating that the free game was.included until the end of Jan 2024 he insisted it was no longer valid. I even said Best Buy and Amazon were offering the system with the game at the same price. The rep told me I should buy it from one of those stores then. That is what I did. So Walmart you out the sale of $650.00 plus whatever else I bought from the other store. Great job by the OSL rep on your behalf!!

Not the name Walmart worthy.The ceiling is full of holes and water stains, the announcers are way too loud and have an annoying bell sound before they start mumbling...and they do this alot. I was surprised to see this...

The renovations are making things look a bit better, and feel more organized. There’s a big issue that I, and human rights, have with the fact that you do not accept cash at the self check outs, and only have one check out Line that accepts cash, open, ever.Whether you may be being paid off to make it hard for people to pay cash, to conform with this digital currency agenda, or it’s just that you really want to cut jobs, either way, it’s garbage. There are many people that still want to pay cash, either open more cash lines, or make it accessible to pay cash, as other Walmarts do, at self check out.I’m confident that, as you have high standards with customer service, this wouldn’t be a hard thing to fix.Hoping to be able to continue to shop at this location, given you make paying with cash more accessible.

Terrible and pathetic employees and their support. Most of the employee tends to ignore or gets irritated if asked for some help or direction which they don’t aware about. Most of them seems college student got there without any proper knowledge. Not sure how they are getting jobs compare to other profiles having much better experiences. I observed the older employees much helpful, patient and attentive to customers though.

I had gone to Walmart today to buy some apples. I approached one of the cash counters to checkout and that's where I experienced the first issue - the cashier charged me a higher price. I can understand if the cashier had been busy but there has been no customer at that time which just points to pure carelessness. I realised after making the payment that I had been charged a higher price and was asked to contact customer service to resolve the issue. Here I encount youered my second issue. I was standing in the queue waiting for my turn when another customer who came in after me started to pile his stuff on the other side of the counter. Instead of attending to me first, she started to tend to him and only turned her attention to me when the customer himself asked her to attend to me first as I was in line before him. Overall a very bad customer service experience.

Today I went to this Walmart and I saw some cosmetics I took two of them and when I went to the register the price was coming wrong. The cashier called the person from that department but there was no one I was getting send to different people and when the person came they said this is not the price for that thing and there is no price for this one. I told them that this is department's fault that they did not put the price here and when I went to the manager with the picture she came with me they put the price I should her the picture and the time they still were saying same thing and when I said I wanna speak to the store manager they said ok don't go that far we will give they wasted 1 hour of mine by sending me to 7 different people like I have nothing else to do. Walmart need to see all there pricing I have been shopping with Walmart from 10 years and today was very disappointing for me ????

This walmart in particular has some very kind employees. Although the electronics department could be a little kinder, I won't say who but one of the employees did make us feel a Lil uncomfortable assuming we were going to walk off with something when we just wanted to but the Batman movie and south park season 22. Other than that, it's really great! My mom, Lil sister and I all bought our swim suits here, and they have a variety of things to bake and cook! The prices are also not that bad so that's a bonus!

Unacceptable customer service at the Walmart electronics department tonight. I got to the electronics department before closing time and the Indian guy told me to come back tomorrow. Walmart are hiring people who are not customer focus or driven to serve customers which will repeat business. He refusing a sale is not in the company best interest, simply because he wanted to go home before closing time. If I was a different person mentally, I would have insisted to be serve especially knowing the product that I needed was a simple micro SD card that could have been given to me to purchase since it wasn’t closing time.

Squareone Walmart used to be my favorite walmart store , However, it's so dirty and disgusting now. My daughter and I just witnessed a RAT ran across the frozen food section between frozen vegetables and yogurt.My daughter and I ran back to the upper floor. We saw A RAT at Squareone WALMART on July 24th at 6pmIts disgusting. I took some photos of the dirty floors but sharing only 2.Please Walmart Do something about this.I put one star because I cant post without giving any stars.

Very weak customer serviceI waited in the return line for 30 min and I was watching how the employees are slow while there was 15 customers waiting behind me! I also saw a customer who said that he will just ask a question but he ended up doing his return before the 9 people in front of him! They are very rude as well!
