Went shopping on March 16th and felt very disrespected by the manager named Alicia. Not only towards attitude she gave us, but other employees as well. Making a scene about a problem to her coworker in front of us. Very unprofessional. Alicia treats other employees poorly in front of customers, and was not pleasant to be around when cashing us out either. The weird stares and judgy vibes made me uncomfortable. She definitely abuses power and needs to work on better customer service, or she should not be working there at all.

The worst Winners I've ever been to! I bought a coat for my mom on November 4th, she bearly wore it 3-4 times and decorations came out of the pockets (both), it can't be fixed and looks horrible.
I have a receipt, but they refuse to take it back as it was "used" already 🫨

I had a horrible time shopping on November 5. I was browsing, shopping with my mother and out of no where a man appeared and was following my every move, I went to look at the candles then he did, later I realized he was following me to see if I was stealing. I understand the precautions your store takes but at least train your employees for it not to look like they are following you. It was creepy and we quickly decided to leave.
While checking out a the manger who was helping us when we were checking out was so ignorant and unpleasant to be around. A hello when we approached would have been sufficient enough but we got nothing. And when we were leaving a goodbye would have been good but nothing again. She went straight to talk to the staff and completely ignore us.
All I would like to say is please train your staff better!

The cashier named Kir was rude. He’d rather let customer wait in line and take his ‘sweet’ time to prepare and open the cashier machine. On top of that, not all the customers know everything, please be mindful and sympathetic with your words and follow your policies. The first and worst time ever with Winners!

This is a second quality outlet.I bought a 3 pair vest pack and after the first wash each one shrunk to smaller size.
Linen shirt after first wash , even if i was 10 years younger wonr be able to wear it
A cardigan shrunk to a smaller size.Pathetic
