Arrived a couple minutes after closing and the attendant was very pleasant when i begged her to buy some candles!!! Thank you i was dreading driving back to Waterloo empty handed and having to pay the shipping costs as they are expensive and the pick up option is no longer offered ☹️

Had a great experience with the lady that was working there on April 26th (I cannot remember her name). She was covering a shift and does not typically work in the storefront, but helped me out so much. She helped me with a large return and was extremely understanding. She also went above and beyond to help me get candles that were not technically in stock, but they prepared them in the factory while I was there so I didn't have to leave empty handed. Absolutely amazing!

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE ESPECIALLY BRIDES.I made an online order for the set of 36 candle pillars for my wedding. The first issue is that they would not honor a coupon that had not yet expired. When I reached out to customer service I was given no explanation or assistance to rectify the issue.Seeing as though I needed them quickly for my wedding, I went ahead and placed the order anyway. 8 of the candle pillars arrived broken. By the time the customer service center responded to my request my wedding date had already passed which left me scrambling to find replacements at the last minute. When I reached out to customer service again regarding this issue I ASKED if it was possible for a partial refund to be issued. A refund was processed without me knowing or approving the amount or deciding whether it made more financial sense to just accept replacements or the refund. I advised the customer service rep (Olena) of this however she does not seem to understand or care about the issue. She would rather argue with me due to her misunderstanding.

We called the Mississauga store to confirm if they would be open on Saturday Oct 8. The person who answered the phone confirmed they would be open. We arrived will within posted operating hours to find s as sign that they were closed for thanksgiving weekend. We drove 45 minutes to shop at this store. As previously mentioned in another review, it is obvious that yummi candle does not want customers to shop at their store

Love yummi candles but I was very disappointed when I went into the store front.. They didn't have many scents maybe 2 or 3... However they did have nice decor pieces you could buy... I just don't understand how a candle place does not sell all of their candles at their own factory store or even have more of a selection... If you like woodsy smells then you love this place, but I'm into their fruity candles and they had none.

Says stock is available online, but in reality there's no stock at all. Placed an order 6-weeks ago with a quote saying the stock would return in 5-weeks. No updates. Tried changing colors and also out of stock. I understand pandemic supply issues, but please make your website reflect your stock.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend you shop in-store here. It is clear they don’t want you to either.First up - their candles are mislabeled on their website. So if you are looking for a specific colour, DO NOT trust the photos from the website.Second up - Their staff doesn’t know the difference between 10” and 12”I was sick so sent my mom in with a list of candles to buy. She had asked the sales lady for help as she wasn’t too sure what she was looking for and they sent her home with the wrong size and colour (colour I had asked for but was mislabelled on the website). I went back the next day to exchange them before catching my flight out of Ontario, and the lady was completely unapologetic and had the nerve to tell me that I should have come another day because they don’t have any… excuse me, but I did and you gave us the wrong product, making us have to come back today…Next she told us that it would be free shipping over $200 to Nova Scotia, so we should just order online, but free shipping only applies to Ontario, so she didn’t even know her own stores policies. All around a terrible experience, waste of time, and now a waste of money on shipping that I have to pay.

Amazing AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!! I CANNOT EXPRESS THE RELIEF I FEEL. I am planning my wedding and was panicking cause I had ordered candles from another website and they all came late and mostly broken. I'm so glad I found Yummi Candles, everything came so quickly ESPECIALLY from Canada and nothing was broken. YOU CANNOT BEAT THESE PRICES OR QUALITY OF PRODUCT OR SERVICE. THANK YOU!!!

Purchased candles for my wedding and could not speak highly enough about the quality and customer service. Store was facing significant logistical issues (understandable considering the times), but made every effort to get my product to me in time. So happy with the final product and will definitely be a return customer!

Two words: NOT CHEAP. This location is hidden on the side of the building with the "neo-image" sign. It is not visible from the street, so just look out for this sign! Building is across Dixie from the large Costco/Walmart complex. I love candles, was looking for more variety, so I thought that I'd drop by this Canadian company. As per photos, the store itself is laid out nicely. Given the area, I assumed that prices would be more competitive, but prices are in-line with some luxury candles. Definitely more than what you can get at TJX stores and quite a bit more than Bath & Body! A 7oz, 1-wick candle was $36, buy 2 get 1 free! Tiny travel candles were ~$6ea. If I liked any of the scents, I wouldn't have a problem paying these prices, but given the "subtle" scents, I didn't see the value in the pricing. I was barely able to smell some of the scents even holding the candle to my nose! I came in at the same time as another customer who was ordering in bulk and I was ignored. The other customer said that the pricing is better if ordering in bulk. And she also likes the fact that these candles aren't heavily scented as she's not a fragrance person. Although I don't douse myself in perfumes, I don't really see the point in buying pricey, scented candles if I cannot smell them!
