The Mitchell and District Agricultural Society runs an annual fair over the Labour Day weekend, including an Ambassador program. Throughout the year, the Society participates in regional agricultural meetings and hosts various events for the community of Mitchell and the surrounding area to enjoy. The "Ag Society" owns and operates the Crystal Palace that is available for rentals. In 2018, the Ag Society is launching it's inaugural Mitchell Rodeo over the Canada Day Long weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Visit our Facebook page and website (updating soon) to learn more.
