EDIT TO ADD - FRI OCT 6. They came through with their promise and fixed my windshield probably due to my review, but I'm happy. Updating my rating from 2⭐️ to 4⭐️My Dad purchased me a Kia Soul end of August. I chatted with Kayla and got her all the required documents. She was pleasant to deal with.I met him to pick it up (I'm from Brampton/Hes from passed Shelbourne). On August 30th.**I assumed that my Dad checked over the vechile before purchasing it, as he took it for a 20min test drive.I signed all the papers with Kayla and she gave me the keys.Dad & I took a 'SOLD' pic and I got in the car to drive home from Orangeville to Brampton.On the drive home, I noticed a grumbling sound when I braked, and the horn 'sometimes' worked.When I arrived home, I was checking out the features & pairing my cell to the car. I was in the passenger side & noticed a chip on that side lower to the dashboard on the windshield.I called Kayla right away about the 3 issues. We scheduled an appointment on September 7 for me to drive all the way back to Orangeville to get these things fixed.On September 7th I met my Dad in Orangeville when I went to drop my car off. I went to run errands with my Dad while the car was getting fixed.We were done our errands, I went back to the dealer and sat in the waiting room. Shortly after Kayla came to get me. She explained what the grumbling noise was that it was fixed. The horn was fixed. And the chip was SEALED.As I was leaving the dealer, it was raining cats & dogs, I couldn't check the chip, as it was raining that hard, but I believed it was sealed.I arrived home to Brampton from Orangeville in my covered garage; I checked the chip on the windshield IT WAS NOT SEALED ???♀️ AND TO TOP THAT OFF A TOOL WAS LEFT ON MY CAR UNDER MY WIPERS . A TOOL!!!I drove from Orangeville to Brampton with a TOOL just chilling on my car...? HOW EXTREMELYDANGEROUS ?...I immediately texted Kayla that the chip was still there and about the tool on my car (included pictures). She texted me back September 8th about the owner not being in (regarding the chip), but the mechanic apologizing for the tool. Kayla said she was told the chip was sealed and she'd get back to me when the owner retuned on the following Monday... still haven't heard from her.Within that time, my Dad purchased 4 new tires and had their shop install them.When he was driving home after getting the new tires, he noticed his car would shake going over 60km/hr... he HAD to bring his car back in to have his tires aligned YET AGAIN -> this IS UNACCEPTABLE. It'll cost me appox $125-150 for me out of pocket to seal the chip myself or if anything worse happens ill have to REPLACE the WHOLE WINDSHIELD OUT OF POCKET.About 2.5 wks ago my Dad again gave this dealer/shop his business aka $$ and he traded in his car for a car they were selling. At this time Kayla told my Dad to tell me that MIEDEMA'S WAS NOT GOING TO SEAL MY CHIP. ?... After I drove there to get it sealed, told it WAS SEALED only to find out it wasn't... waiting to hear back, yet I NEVER received a text/call from Kayla saying they weren't going to seal the chip AS PROMISED. I wouldn't have accepted that if she spoke to me, but unfortunately my father is soft.A) Miedema's Auto Sales SHOULD not have SOLD a vechile with 3 things wrong with it (yes I know a used car is not perfect).B) Miedema's Auto Sales ENSURED ME that the chip was sealed after me, a customer drove 40mins (there & back) to have it fixed. THEY SHOULD HONOUR THEIR PROMISE AND FIX MY CHIP.Considering my Dad has foolishly given them his business/$$$ within 1mth... bought 1 car, bought 4 tires, had them install the tires, traded in his car & bought a car, and now they are REFUSING TO FIX MY CHIP.If anything happens to my WHOLE WINDSHIELD and i have to pay out of pocket to replace the windshield, ill send Miedema's Auto Sales the bill & a screenshot of the texts telling me they'd fix it.I SINCERELY HOPE my Dad does NOT g

Can’t count how many times they have helped me out with my car! they are all so kind and friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any problem I might come to them with! I always felt like they had my best interest at heart, and never felt overcharged or taken advantage of which is usually the case when I’m dealing with my car! The level of care they have given me is above and beyond, and I feel so blessed to have found them!

I will never blame a locally owned U-Haul dealer for U-Haul's many corporate and customer service issues and problems.We had an issue with a U-Haul Truck Share pickup at this location today (Sunday). Miedema's was closed, but one of their employee's (Kayla) happened to be there and jumped into action to fix our issue and get us into our truck rental.Couldn't ask for friendlier, more professional service than Kayla showed us today. After more than one nightmare with our U-Haul reservation, Kayla was the absolute bright spot in our U-Haul experience.We can't thank her enough, and would welcome the opportunity to do business with her again.I can't speak for Miedema's auto sales and services, but if our experience today with Kayla is any indication of how they run their business, I expect they're a great place to do business with.

My car has been giving me a lot of issues over the course of the past month where upon acceleration my car was shaking and BADLY. It got to a point where it wasn't safe to drive. Moving recently north, I didn't have a dedicated mechanic in the area. I called Miedemas in Orangeville and spoke to Allan who listened to what I had been experiencing. He scheduled me in immediately to bring it in. Throughout the two days they had the car, they had the car diagnosed, had been in contact with me providing daily updates, identified other areas that needed attention to (heat shield was rattling), and then PROPERLY fixed my car. I had also broken my visor, they got the part and replaced it upon request. I had no reservations with my experience with this team, they spoke with confidence and I felt automatic trust with them, which you need in mechanics. Dan was the service rep I was in contact with- superb!! I appreciate his sense of urgency and transparency on how things were going- something I had never received from any other mechanic. I took the car back in a few days later to get detailed and wow!!!!! My car is sparkling, looks brand new and drives brand new with the work they completed. I have never had my car detailed before but the price was right, the customer service was AMAZING and they were very quick to complete. Thank you Miedemas & team- you have got me as a regular customer going forward.
