Amazing experience at Carstar Mount Forest for Dave taking the time to help me with my bumper today. Dave was able to secure my bumper until I am able to get it repaired in the near future. Very happy with the kindness and compassion shown to me and will be back to this shop! Thank you Dave!!

I'm new to the city and had the absolute privilege to be helped by Dave and Melanie at Carstar. Their level of knowledge and support is like no other, especially when having to go through such experiences when your vehicle has been in a minor collision. Had to get my bumper replaced after someone hit my parked car in a parking lot. Dave and the staff here were very friendly, brought it in for a quote and was out within maybe 15-20 minutes after taking some pictures. Once the parts arrived they called me and booked me in. The car looks great, I was concerned it wouldn't look exactly the same but you wouldn't be able to tell. They also detailed the inside of my car as an added bonus. Very happy with their friendly service and quality professional work. Definitely recommend.
