I wish I could mark negative reviews, but there are no options on Google to do so.I have to sign documents in Mount Forest for a mortgage and request them to transfer the documents in Toronto to the University Avenue Branch due to a family emergency as my daughter was in a hospital ICU. Eric (on vacation now) informed me that it all set for us to sign documents on Monday at the university Ave brach. Guess what? None of them at the University Branch have any clue that we were coming. Financial advisor Sandra was supposed to send all the information but never happened. Branch Manager of university Ave is all ready to help, but he has not received any information either. Completely unprofessional.

I've been associated with Scotiabank in Mount Forest right from their beginning. I have never had any complaints. Everyone who has ever worked there has been nothing but kind and helpful. Including the current staff.However, I wish to give out a shout to one of the newer employees. Angela Zisterer, the investment adviser, reached out to me for a sit down meeting to review my portfolio. Today I had my meeting. She is well educated and dedicated to doing what's best for her clients. She explained what I had and how it wasn't working for me and gave me her advice and I was totally comfortable with her suggestions. Changes were in order.I even had questions that didn't refer to investing and she investigated to answer as best she could. Promising to follow up with answers from further research.Thank you Angela and thanks to Scotiabank.Brian

I went to this branch to finish opening my account and it took 3 different people and about 20 minutes for them to figure out how to issue me a debit card. Along with that I was not given all the proper documents to sign so now I cannot use e-transfer until I go back to the bank to sign a document that should have been given to me in the first place. This is very unprofessional on the company as a whole and I am very irritated with this situation as it was hard to get time off to be able to go into the bank in the first place. Now I will have to take more time off to go in again since Scotiabanks hours are horrible and inconvenient.

The staff at this bank are amazing. Eric, Gwen and Mandy have all been so helpful when I need to bank at the branch. I recently had to look after my late father's estate in the UK and this team went above and beyond to help me and when a hiccup occurred, Eric called me to keep me in the loop on what was happening. This will always be my bank!!

Happy with the service here; very friendly and efficient. The staff were able to sort out some problems with my account quickly, and provide documentation for the same.My only complaint is that they are only open until 5pm, so it is hard for me to get here since I work out of town.
