Rear Tires out of alignment priced repairs at superior and officers and others. Found a better price and had repairs done elsewhere. Unfortunately they didn't do alignment. Bought 2 new tires at Superior and asked them to do alignment as well while at their shop. Left for day graciously gave me a loaner to use. Returned to Superior said all the old parts were on an other mechanic didn't do the work. It had been 2 months since repair had to wait to get enough money for tires. Said couldnt do alignment though they Charged for alignment .
Got home looked under car and could see the stickers on the parts under the car. Called Ztech they took in and did alignment no extra parts.
Superior decided to punish us for going elsewhere and saving money. Nasty business won't be buying other 2 tires or going there again. Never would have happened under original owners that we dealt with for over 20 years. Stay away !
Add Dec 24 Just bought 4 snows from someone else that's 6 tires they didn't get for beating us on an alignment.

Awesome staff, great service, reliable and do their best to get you in and out as soon as possible.
I also appreciate that they look over the vehicle before giving it back to make you aware of any potential upcoming issues so you can be prepared and not have any unexpected “uh oh” moments.

I bought two sets of tires for two different cars. Both tires had leaky valve stems. They decided to charge me for the repair a week after ,these were the original valve stems. They never did replace them when they did the tires like most tire shops do then wanted to charge me $40 to repair it, I don't recommend going to this place the owner is very arrogant and not very knowledgeable! Take your car to a professional. We have five cars in our family that are now not going there and I make sure people I know know the story so they too won't take their cars there losing that much business over a velve stem.

Multiple good experiences here. These folks are great, transparent and honest and very accommodating. Lost my power steering late on a Wednesday Afternoon. Talked to them Thursday AM, they had the part (whole rack and high pressure lines) by the afternoon, gave me a loaner ride , and had me all fixed up and back on the road before the weekend. All for a reasonable price. Top shelf people. A year ago I has some weird wear on my front end, they threw me (well, not me, my truck) up on a lift right then and there, fixed my alignment and I was out the door in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Chris is amazing helper. Works with you to get what you need done to your vehicle. Will suggest things that's needed and when. Will tell you what's more important to focus on as well.
I just had my vehicle in for a oil change and a/c topped up and they found a faulty water pump and was able to get it fixed. Very appreciated customer.
