“Shopping for a Mother of the Bride dress was giving me anxiety. I had been to a brand store at the mall. The options were minimal and the staff member unhelpful. A friend said she’d been to Ideal Ladies Wear and suggested I make the trip. Wow! From the moment I walked into the store l, until I left, the service was exceptional. I had the undivided attention of the sales associate (I am so sorry I did not get her name) for an hour and a half, as I tried on 10-12 dresses. As I was shopping I my own, the associate willingly took photos of each dress to send my daughter, who lives a distance away. The entire visit, I was treated with kindness, patience and respect. Of course I ended up choosing the first dress I tried on. I also purchased another that I hope to wear to a summer bridal shower. The dresses were given to me in a high quality garment bag, along with the information as to how to book the future alteration, once I find some shoes. Thank you for making what I was anticipating to be a stressful experience, the total opposite.”
