I made an online order at Costco.ca (Feb 2024), and they used UPS as their delivery service. It appears to be UPS's standard procedure to leave parcels outside the locked street level entrance doors of apartment buildings. Thanks a million for photographing the box before it was stolen luv! A prompt notification of arrival is more helpful. Costco is refunding the cost of my order (good), but they don't offer store pickup for online orders, as do Walmart and others (bad). Solution: when Costco's 'item has shipped' email is received, click on the tracking number to go to UPS's site, then request the item be left at the nearest UPS Point-of-Access store location for customer pickup. A much better way than having merch left out in the open for any thieving worm to grab. One star to UPS on this occasion for 'safe dropping' in an utterly unsafe manner. My mother shipped a pack of 30 kg from India to Mount hope. We all were home. We got notification that it got delivered stepped out of the house. There was no package call them right away that check with the driver. What address did he deliver to? They said oh they have opened up the investigation. And next they said that they close the investigation and can file a claim, they did not even put in the effort to check where the package got delivered or if they’re going to retrieve it or what. Please do not use their service. UPS does not keep their promise. They won’t deliver it to your house and they don’t care ,very disappointed.

For years are not able to fix deluvery address, only company that never finds my address and always late, very frustrating,I can never be done on time with myproject.And the worst part I have to always make time to pick up parcel for warehouse.What an inconvience ,after you pay for a service.

Call customer service(oxymoron)to be told my package isn’t in Canada yet,while tracking shows it sitting at Mount Hope terminal(Hamilton) being delayed a day.Second time this has been an issue.Package had no problem travelling from Lakeland Florida to Hamilton in less than 12 hours,but can’t make it from Hamilton to Bracebridge in less than 24 hours??Who is managing this mess of a company division?No way to contact anyone.No resolution.Zero communication.I could drive from Bracebridge to Hamilton and pick it up,but there is no option to do this.Last week the package was deliver to a bracebridge transfer facility at 10 am(10 minutes from my house)and they STILL couldn’t deliver until the next day.I called them from that terminal,with the package in my hands(had to do some sweet talking to get them to release it,it was Live fish),and the agent on the phone laughed at me and said the package wasn’t available until the next day as it was still in Toronto.Unbelievable how poorly UPS treats it’s customers.Guaranteed overnight service is never overnight.Agents don’t have a clue what they’re doing.And they could care less.Have another package coming from within Canada ,and shipper only uses UPS.Let’s see if the third time is the charm.I have my doubts.The jokes and stereotypes about UPS seem to be true after all.Pathetic.

The management of this company is in chaos. Delivered my package to amazon three times in a month. One of the extremely important packages was lost, causing huge losses to us. I made countless phone calls and even visited their headquarters in person. No one cares at all. I will never never never use UPS services again.

Whatch out they are out to get your money!! Had a big order of 4 boxes received 2 on time. 2rd is get delivered today but the 4th package got shipped all over the place. Git to Canada then somehow got sent back to the US & now they want import fees.and I won't receive it to maybe tomorrow. When it's a tattoo bed that comes in 2 boxes due to its size and weight. So today I get only half the bed. Oh & customer service is a joke!! No help there!

so I received a call from their HR rep and they told me right after the call I would receive a link by text and they never sent anything back. there's no number to get in contact with anyone and no email to get help. I would love to move forward with them but how can you when you can't even get in touch with anyone.

I wish to give them 0 stars if i can.My parents send my medicine from india to canada and i received a call from UPS and they asked for a written prescription from doctor, i went to doctor paid fee again and send them written prescription . Then i received calls and mails again and again that this information is not enough for customs. Finally i left my package( i have not received) and me and my friends or family members are not using this worst service ever.
