“Mazen is my mechanic the one i go to if there’s anything goes wrong with my car. He does great job with the best brand new parts with one year warranty. He doesn’t go left and right he’s straight forward person very humble with a great mechanic personality. And guess what people I know other certain mechanic shops as well and truth to be told when i always ask him for getting those parts for me and with the installing job in terms of pricing he will always come up with way less than other mechanics I know! and i had to deal with the other mechanics sometimes just because they were close to my area at that moment. “Two auto collision shops wanted to remove the dented rear quarter panel, remove the dent, and repaint the entire section. Both places averaged $3,000. I'd called two other paintless dent repair (PDR) shops and with photos provided, the first said they couldn't do it; the second said probably, but he was a "work from his van" operation. That didn't make me feel comfortable, even though the price was right. Googled PDR in Ottawa and found Auto Dentist. Good reviews; sent photos. Tim replied and I took it in for a quote. Booked appointment. Everything was done on time, as quoted and they even buffed out scratches done at another time, all for 30% of the auto collision quotes. I'll recommend Auto Dentist to anyone who asks and should I ever need another dent fixed (though I hope not!) Tim Constantineau will be my only call. It's nice to deal with a business that's honest, straightforward, and provides great customer service.”
“I had rear suspension noise on my q50 that was investigated by dealer. Changed out sway bar end links and sway bar bushings. Noise continued. Decided to try Protech and they were able to find the noise issue and replaced rear shock and mount and I was good to go again. First time going to non dealer shop in over 30 years and would for sure use Protech in the future.”

“Very happy: not just that my repair was done well at a fair cost, but also that I’ve found a new shop that I feel I can trust with my two older vehicles. My regular garage closed down recently, as I discovered when the rear brake line on my 2010 Toyota Prius started leaking. I got two quotes from two garages that had good ratings here. The quotes were similar and included 2 hours labour, but at Nick’s I spoke directly to Scott, who did the work and showed me the problem. He also said he would do both sides for that price, since we could both see that the other side was also rusted out and would likely go soon. When I asked the other garage about doing both sides, they said it would add an hours labour and double material, which would have increased my cost by almost $150. Scott was friendly and knowledgeable and I will have confidence returning here for my next repair.”

“I bought an IS350 AWD F Sport 2, essentially sight-unseen, over the phone, from Thanh Trinh. The car was a Lexus Certified used vehicle, so I wasn't worried, especially given this company's reputation. The experience couldn't have been smoother and more perfect. The price was reasonable, there were no surprises when it came time to pay, the staff are amazing and extremely professional, and the car exceeded my expectations in terms of condition and presentation on delivery. It was even sitting in the lobby when I came in to pick it up, which just makes you feel special! Thanh was great to deal with and even set me up with a really nice set of winter alloy rims and very impressive snow tires, that make the car look really sharp and handle beautifully. I haven't had my vehicle in for service yet but, based on this experience, I would definitely deal with this company again and would recommend them to others without hesitation.”

“Truck Puncture repairs:First time to go to this place. I thought the customer service was good I asked the front desk to cover my car seat, which they did. The lounge was a bit dirty, and still have the “ frisby tire sign”The only thing that I have noticed was grease mark from my door handle and shift knob dial.I gave them 5 stars because I am happy for the job they did to my truck.It was a bit expensive compared when I took my car at the different tire repair shop.
