Even though it was my first time there, I was greeted warmly and friendly, which put my mind at ease and gave me a sense of trust. They were quick to schedule an appointment despite their busy schedule, so I was able to get my tires replaced smoothly and prepare for winter. Great service.I recommend this body shop.”
“Just moved from Toronto to Ottawa and back in Toronto we always went to local places and supported local joints and such. Basically got a 13 year old c300 from grandma as a Moving in gift and even though this place was recommended by a friend I was lazy and went to a autoshop in east Orleans, spent over 8k getting this thing certified and just didn’t really have a dope experience. Fast forward and I moved downtown ottawa and I just strolled in here and Paula literally went through all the paperwork and I mentioned to her “I’m not even really sure what has to be done or doesn’t have to be done” and she just went through all the paperwork and booked me in. Vibes are 100% 10/10 here. If you’re also from Toronto or anywhere and moved to Ottawa go here. I should have just reached here and gotten it certified to begin with.

Walked in after booking an appointment for my civic which has suspension issues and an overall vehicle inspection. Was told that it will need new struts, apart from other stuff that I didn't have a budget for. Both gentlemen at the front counter were honest, helpful and patient will all my questions. They didn't try to upsell me anything.”

When I arrived, they checked my car and were honest about there being no major issues. They noticed the oil was low, topped it up free of charge, and even took extra time to look under the car to double-check everything. Service like this is rare. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic.”
“I have just been to Eagle Automotive for the first time, on the advice of a number of my neighbours. My 2013 Outback is beginning to require more and more work, and I just want to keep it on the road a little longer. I really liked the garage I had been going to, and after I brought the car in making all kinds of noise, they (rightly) advised me against doing a very expensive exhaust replacement on this older vehicle. However, they didn't offer me any options and I was horrified about having to scrap the car. Enter Eagle Automotive. Vilbert showed me exactly what was wrong with the exhaust (a broken flex joint - not a problem with catalytic converters or muffler) and why replacement would be so expensive, but he also offered me a safe solution that was more appropriate for the age of the car. I was thrilled. He let me ask him some questions and decide for myself how to proceed based on the info he gave me. The car is now working with a fully functional exhaust system, and the repair cost me a fraction of what the replacement would have cost. No disrespect to my previous garage, but Eagle gets my loyalty now.”

“I had a great experience at Myers Ottawa Nissan. I was helped by Doug during my visit. I had a particular question about my vehicle and he took the time to walk me through my options, and provided some great suggestions. We did a couple of test drives, he showed me all the great features I didn't know about on my recent purchase, and even worked out the numbers so I was able to leave with a clear mind and money saved. All throughout I never felt rushed and I felt heard. “I went to a few different local shops around Ottawa to get quotes and options for repairing the trunk on my 2017 Chrysler 300S. Most of the other shops gave me the immediate runaround—either quoting absurd out-of-pocket prices, offering half-measures that wouldn't last, or refusing to take the time to navigate the headache of third-party extended warranty claims.
Everything changed when I brought the car to Point S (Triole Automotive Group) and dealt with the bodyshop manager, Adam.
From day one, Adam was a complete breath of fresh air. Instead of pushing me off, he personally took ownership of the entire situation. When my warranty provider (First Canadian / Platinum Shield) tried to limit coverage and deny line items, Adam didn't back down. He personally picked up the phone, spoke directly to the adjuster, and worked out a solution to get the entire job covered so I paid $0.00 out of pocket.
He sourced a replacement decklid, had it prepped and painted in their booth to match my factory PX8 Pitch Black paint flawlessly, and carefully transferred all my OEM components—including my factory spoiler, backup camera, and internal latch wiring—without missing a single detail.

“I dropped my car off at Franco Garage around 11:15am (no appointment, they took me right away) and by 12:30pm they had already ordered my car battery AND installed it! The cost was amazing. They only charged me for the battery itself (under $200) and $15 for labour. Everywhere else I called prior to Franco Garage was quoting between $250-$432 for the battery alone and a high labour cost, not to mention long wait times. I will definitely bring my car back to Franco Garage!! What an incredible experience. The service was extremely fast and the guys working were honest, reliable and really personable!”
