We came here not knowing what to expect. We were greeted with the friendliest staff member named Zoe, who quickly picked up on French being my daughter's favoured language. She was able to communicate joyfully what each step was and made this experience for her.
Although prices are absurd, the experience is well worth it, it's something my daughter will remember and cherish for ever.

A fun experience, and I heard too much for Neil Armstrong!
That time when I was in the shop, I was hearing the stuffing system blower motor scream was not occurring, I found a blank recording and Play soundbox that I want to play is a recording of Neil Armstrong. Neil Armstrong is an American Astronaut and He was the first person to land on the moon. He claimed the step to be "one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind."

Build-A-Bear Workshop at Bayshore Shopping Centre
Is the WORST!
Logan brought my bear in to have the battery replace.
Not only did they NOT replace the battery but they broke it and left my bear unstuffed!
When called back and asked about it I quote " We are not Disney we can't make magic happen" Great customer service by the store Manager.. yes you heard me. Store Manager!
So to anyone that has a personalized audio clip in a bear, be careful because once the battery is dead the audio is gone forever!
My heart was broken before when the battery died but now!!

Had an amazing experience picking out a Pikachu today with my son. The associate that was stuffing the bears around 12pm was amazing!! So thoughtful and attentive. 10/10 experience for us 😊

The staff here are fabulous! Really making the experience worth the high cost!
The staff member helping us was so great with my little ones they made our build a bear experience really special.
I will mention the prices are VERY high but you do pay for the experience which I feel was worth it is your littles have been wanting to go.

Had the most wonderful experience here today as soon-to-be first time parents to discover the gender of our baby! We came in and explained our plan to one of the employees and they were absolutely amazing with helping us to execute it exactly as we hoped! We picked our bear and 2 outfits (a 'boy' and a 'girl' outfit), and gave them at the cash with the envelope containing the gender and the bear was secretly dressed and boxed for us to take home to reveal. The stuffing process included a very cute little ceremony while we put our love and wishes into the 'heart' to go inside that definitely made the whole thing an adorable experience. I didn't catch the employees name but they were awesome and definitely helped make this gender reveal so special and better than I'd been hoping for. Thank you so much, great place and experience for all and any any age ?

Kai was absolutely amazing! He helped my son put his beloved soothers into a special birthday bear that will be well loved! Thank you for making it such a special and memorable experience!
