“After building my 1st custom home I just wanted to mention how great the team did in supplying me all the lumber and trusses. I was my own architect and they made sure all my material met code and avoided costly mistakes. Thanks to the team at Kott.”

“One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had from DAVE(david kahler) The kitchen cabinet department at RONA+ was completely disorganized, and getting any meaningful help was nearly impossible. Staff were unresponsive, communication was poor, and there was little accountability throughout the process. I was left chasing updates and trying to get basic questions answered, which should never happen when planning a major renovation. I expected knowledgeable staff and professional service, but instead I experienced delays, frustration, and a lack of customer care. I would not recommend the kitchen cabinet department at RONA+ to anyone unless significant improvements are made to their customer service and overall management.”

“Great Service (Ottawa) from Jesse.Super explanations on how to apply the stamped concrete sealer. The pictures show the stamped concrete before the sealer on and the other pictures show the same after the sealer has been rolled on, even on the interlock.Do not hesitate to seal and talk to Jesse.”

“We had contract pavers doing a few neighbours driveways along my street. Our driveway is in really bad shape so we decided to get onboard with the neighbourhood and to do our driveway too. We want to add a soldier walk each side of the driveway to make it wider and better curb appeal, therefore, we went to Ottawa Brick and Stone and were greeted by Roger. He knows his stuff very well, he helped us in choosing our stones within our budget and in only a few days later, upon request, Roger had them delivered in our driveway. Thanks to Roger St-Germain for making this all happen today. Perfect timing and great service!! Very happy with the price and quality.”

“I called them once I arrived, they promptly brought out my bill and told me to drive around back. The first forklift I saw came over to me and got my items right away, they were friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to do side jobs or running a mid to large sized company. Good stuff.”

“Pilon is by far the most experience store when it comes to building materials. Small or large job, give them a try. Prices are great and they always have what you need in stock”
