“One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had from DAVE(david kahler) The kitchen cabinet department at RONA+ was completely disorganized, and getting any meaningful help was nearly impossible. Staff were unresponsive, communication was poor, and there was little accountability throughout the process. I was left chasing updates and trying to get basic questions answered, which should never happen when planning a major renovation.
I expected knowledgeable staff and professional service, but instead I experienced delays, frustration, and a lack of customer care. I would not recommend the kitchen cabinet department at RONA+ to anyone unless significant improvements are made to their customer service and overall management.”
