“Great employees that make a difference. Excellent service at this location!! I use Enterprise all the time and as you accumulate points you can use them for an upgrade or free rental. Prices are fair and sometimes surprisingly low. I've never had any issues there. There's also a gas station beside it for that last minute fill up.”

Apart from that my reservation was delayed by 3 hours on the day of pickup and no compensation was provided by the manager.

I forgot an expensive watch in one of their cars and went their 2 weeks after and they had it and gave it to me

“Great experiences with them. Reserved the car right before midnight, for the very next moment as soon as they open. Received email and call about selected car not being available, and offered a free upgrade to the mini van with an extra seat. It only took a short moment after I showed up, to drive out in a clean shiny like-new car. Returning the car before opening hours was easy, thanks to the Key Drop box. Friendly staffs. Will do business with them again.”

“I recently had an exceptional experience at the Hertz location at the Ottawa Airport. I was returning from a conference with four oversized bags of demo gear, and unfortunately, there were no luggage carts available in the rental car return area.
Without me even having to ask, Selena Ohari, the Assistant Area Manager, stepped in and went above and beyond by helping me transport all of my gear directly to the terminal. Her proactive approach and willingness to assist turned a major inconviennce into seamless experience. It is rare to receive such high-level customer service, and I am truly grateful for her help. “Enterprise representative showed up at Carstar with a new 2026 Suv within 5 minutes of calling them for a rental vehicle while dropping off my Suv for repairs. All details explained clearly and I was on my way in 10 minutes. When my car was ready and I was returning it, the process was just as simple and I got a ride back to pick up my vehicle. Excellent service all around by enterprise staff. I highly recommend using then when in need for a rental.”
