Very nice people but the carpet installation was very sloppy and we're very disappointed. They did come back to try and fix it but it doesn't look any better. All of the seams are very obvious and some parts of the carpet is flatted by all of the staples. Came highly recommended so it's disappointing.

We originally went to another store for kitchen flooring, however, they could not serve us as we used them before under Home Depot. Since we will never use Home Depot again we went down the street. There were good safety measures in place and quick service. No flooring installed yet but, so it far so good.

Scheduled these people to measure for flooring and they didn't show up. The manager promised to call back early afternoon to reschedule later that day, but then never called and never rescheduled. Ordered bathroom tile here, with specific product code, and they managed to get a completely a different product. Ordered engineered hardwood flooring, and some of the boxes were of the wrong floor; the contractors still had to be paid $50/hour to not work. Ordered carpet here, and they arbitrarily decided not to follow their own proposed plan and put a large seem down the center of the room. The salesman offered to mail me a $200 check for compensation, which never showed up even months later. Stay away from these clowns.
