Nice course but unless you can get a discounted tee time it’s not worth the full green fee

Greenskeeper must be blind. For the price it costs to play at such a garbage course you’d be an idiot to play here. Marshalls don’t know what’s going on fairways are long grassy with mud patches and the front of staff house are lost in the sauce. For 70$ just go play somewhere else

Me and my Dad ended up coming here awhile back and to say our expierence wasnt pleasant would be a understatement.
In my personal opinion it is not a bad course however the $70 fee is not the price i would personally pay for a course as such.
What made the expierence terrible was the Staff. Unfortunately we ended up behind a group of ladies who were not playing very fast. We asked to pass but never got a response just a snarky glare. After a few holes of this, some of the members would just cut infront of us which i personally didnt find fair. After this the Staff came up to us and told us that we had to hurry up? We were stuck behind a group of 4 people which wouldnt let us pass.
Even after this experience, I did want to come play at this course again because I liked the layout of it. Unfortunately I was told by the receptionist on the phone that it would be a month and a half until I could play which I was understanding of until some people I know were able to book in the next day which i thought was just unfair.
I feel like they take a massive bias to their members which makes sense on paper however they way they treat people who arent members is just absolutely disgusting and straight up unjustifiable.
I still had an enjoyable expierence with my dad. The course is fun however all the circumstances completely ruined our mood for the rest of the round.
After reading some other peoples reviews aswell i have realized that we werent the only ones who had a terrible expierence. From just bad expierence with the staff to your Wedding straight up being ruined and being robbed? You seriously messed up your buisness.
Personally i dont recommend giving this place your buisness at all. I'd rather take the 30 minute drive to Kemptville and play rideau glen for half the price even if the greens are worse. Atleast i wont be disrespected on the course and frankly i rather put my expenses to a friendly establishment instead.

We had our wedding here almost a month ago and we didn’t have the best experience.
Matt ( the event coordinator) is impossible to get a hold of by phone or email.
He accidentally quoted us an extra 1000$ because he put the wrong numbers. Thankfully we caught that mistake.
When we sent our final numbers along with the food choice, Matt overlooked the food choices and assumed that all our guests would want what me and my wife chose. This is incorrect. Everyone had different meals. Some of our guests didn’t get what they chose for appetizers and desserts. When it came the dessert we were told they only had caramel carrot cake but every single guest got apple cake which wasn’t even a dessert option when we were given the menu options.
We brought it up to him the day of the wedding and he said he would fix it and give us a small refund to compensates for the mistake and we agreed to it. I called him few days later and said he would send it and didn’t. I called three days later before going on my honeymoon. He promise to send it and still hasn’t.
It’s been almost month now and still nothing from him. I tried calling him again today but once again he’s impossible to reach by phone or email.

This is a course that was once good and could be good again. The tee boxes are terrible, the starter was grumpy, the guy in the proshop thought it was funny when he swore at my friend and then offered a feeble apology. The clubhouse/restaurant is so dated and musty. Lastly way overpriced, the only good thing about this place is it isn't far for me to drive, I am done there until they invest back into it.
