I’ve visited this store twice recently and both times the staff refused access to the restroom, claiming someone was inside—despite no signs of use. The door remains locked, and there’s no follow-up or offer to help. It’s frustrating, especially when it’s a convenience store where basic amenities like restrooms are often expected. Just wanted to share my experience.

You need to seriously consider getting some staff who know how to deal with customers and furthermore know how to speak English instead of just pointing at things when you have a question. Absolutely ridiculous

Staff is almost always very pleasant (even at like 3am) and the store is generally clean and space efficient, but the prices of every single item in here have steadily become so ridiculous I can't even bs myself into paying that much anymore. Crossroads Dollarama will have to do.

Just wanted to share my experience. I went in on Monday morning and was really impressed by the customer service and the cleanliness of the store. The store was well organized and the staff member was friendly and helpful.

I try buying fast gasoline, but I was not so lucky. Went through the process, Mastercard has been validated and instead of gasoline a message popped up SEE THE INTENDENT INSIDE. Guess what the intendent runs again my Mastercard and the pump still didn't work; the INTENDENT forced me to buy 87 grade while I wanted 89... Avoid this place, is suspicious for fraud and definitely very bad service from A-Z

Really disappointed how the cashier treated us today. Been to so many stores and restaurants but never had this kind of treatment. Mohammad was really disrespectful and I have never seen anyone throwing coins in front of customer and showing this kind of attitude.I hope no one else have to witness this and have this bad experience.

There are some days when you get treated with the upmost kindness and respect, yet on other shifts or days, you are the biggest inconvenience to that cashier's life that has ever happened. Need to all work as a team guys!
