Very happy with the work done on such short notice along with the customer service provided. Jon is very knowledgeable and personable when speaking with him on the phone…just wished I could have thanked him in person! Totally recommend this business for your windshield/glass needs!

If there was an option to give more than five stars, I would do that! John has been beyond helpful, very understanding, very knowledgeable, and his team was very professional, guiding me through what they were doing with my car. They offered me coffee and I I am really satisfied with the work. I feel like my car is brand new.
He’s very reasonable and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

I needed to replace a windshield for my almost new car, as unfortunately I caught a stone on a highway. I asked them to bring it to brand new condition, and Jon and his team did a great job. They arranged getting an OEM glass, and also were extra carefull during installation. Thank you guys!

I had a great experience with Jon at Clear Choice Auto Glass for a chip repair on my windshield. Booking an appointment was simple and quick. I was able to drop my vehicle off and Jon text me when it was ready (within the hour). Work was clean with no mess in vehicle and no sign of the chips anymore either. Highly recommend!

I had my windshield replaced by Jon and his team and couldn’t be happier with the experience. They made the whole process incredibly easy by handling the insurance claim from start to finish. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning, and they were kind enough to drive me to work—and later even dropped my car off at my workplace once it was ready. The service was quick, professional, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Buyer Beware!
On August 3, I contacted Clear Choice Auto Glass for a mobile windshield repair. Jon assured me they could come promptly to get the job done. Unfortunately, that was the last bit of reliability I experienced.
For over a week, I was fed excuse after excuse about why they couldn’t come — from “we’ll be there tomorrow” to vague, last-minute cancellations. I rearranged my schedule multiple times, only to be let down repeatedly. Not once did they take responsibility or proactively update me.
This is not just poor customer service — it’s outright unprofessional. Clear Choice Auto Glass wasted my time and demonstrated zero respect for their customers.
If you value your time and want your repair done right, stay far away from Jon and his team. There are plenty of reputable companies out there — this is not one of them.

I'd have liked to give a better review, but I can not. Had a first appointment booked and preceded to rain, so it was canceled ( the appointment was for service at home, I have no garage). The raincheck date was for today, the first appointment of the day. Arrived at 820, truck sticking out of the bay being worked on. Went up and told the guy I was there. He looked at me strangely. I waited for 830 in the parking lot. At 855am, no sight of truck moving, I told the guy I had to go as I had to work ( my work for chips would have been 30 minutes). It was at that point that he stated he didn't even know I was coming. That was John who booked the appointment. I left thinking unbelievable way to run a business. Where's John?No phone call. Nothing wasted my time. Will I return or recommend this company ,not in this lifetime.

I appreciate your reply. I arrived 10 minutes early.I wasn't in a rush then, realizing that my appointment started at 830 and would be finished by 9am. I appreciate that you are a single father and that things happen. The person in the shop had no clue about me, and would have obviously not been on time had it been a home visit. My appointment booked at the shop, as again I have no garage and didn't want to risk rain.
As far as a complimentary service, this was covered by insurance and I have already booked elsewhere. Thank you, best of luck in your future endeavors

Would give more stars if I could , communication with Jon was simple and easy . Was referred to Clear Choice by a friend and I had my new windshield ordered in within a few days and installed . Jon and his crew had me in and out of the shop in less time then I was told even though they did an upper and lower brow with %5 tint on my new windshield. Would definitely recommend and use again !!
