Once again I was convinced that there are much more good people than bad! key holder Sam and Taryn solved my problem instantly, professionally, at the level of a genie from a fairy tale! I have been to this store before, but I didn’t have time to write a positive review, now I am correcting my mistake. I recommend this store to all creative people!!! There is everything for creativity!!!

I am an amateur artist & yet when I step into DeSerres I feel my talent & skills rising like a ball of dough!! There is everything an artist at any level will need & want. And if you don’t find it at first glance one of the staff will gladly assist you in finding what you desire - without putting pressure on you to add more to your pile!

What a wonderful place to boost your creativity! Full of fun craft projects and serious art supplies, a lovely big store with several art stations to give children a chance to try some of the products. Good discounts for students!

Went in there after an art calamity and not only was the staff thoroughly helpful but the store layout just made sense. There was a lot of small parts in the shelving arrangement that made it less of a sensory overload than other Big Craft store. 10/10 would go back again.

This place is amazing! Way, way better selection of fine art supplies than any Michaels I've ever been to. I live 2 hours away across the border, but this store is definitely going to be a regular stop anytime I'm in town.
