Bought a raincoat, that was already torn before I even opened the packaging. So I asked one of the employees if I could exchange and earlier she agreed to me exchanging the rain coat, but later came to me saying "you cannot exchange it, because it was already like that and it's not our fault and we don't have an exchange policy"
The manager could've come and spoken to me but sent the employee instead. So unprofessional and it was pouring that night! Worst dollarama.

A random guy in the store kept following me. The manager was there and saw me tell him to leave me alone the guy kept following me. After he checked out he kept waiting in the store so I told Paul the assistant manager to call security but he didn't care. Then then calls security on me even though he saw the other guy waiting for me by the door with his dog still inside the store when checking out. Pathetic!!! I'm a regular customer and I was being heckled by some random who bought something for one dollar while I had a cart filled with items and I got kicked out for fearing for my life.

The manager is very rude to customers, I asked him for help & he didn't even listen to me, customer service is bad, they should change their manager asap to keep this store well ,

This is in regards to their Google Play Cards. I purchased a Google Play Card $15.00 and only to find out that I cannot redeem it. Please DO NOT BUY any google play cards from Dollarama or any other stores. Use your credit card to make purchases in the google app store. There is a lawsuit against Google in California about their Google Play card scams. When putting the code it says requires more details , so I sent a picture of my receipt and card.. Google didn't do anything. Asking more information. You will stress yourself out so please STOP buying any google play cards. Beware DO NOT waste your money.
