I will not be shopping at the Bayshore location again. The two times I went in there this past month the staff was extremely rude, especially the women at the checkout counter. The only reason I gave two starts is because ONE of the sale associates was nice. I will take my business elsewhere.

Great experience with Lisa, today. They helped me pick out so cloths and multiple times grab different sizes. I started with xl and some items ended up with M. I really appreciated the help.
Wagner was also helpful in finding the right items.

Look for Justin!!
We went in today to grab a winter jacket for my mother who loves this brand and has been using hers for the past six years. None was available on display, but Justin went out of his way to provide the best customer service and was very helpful in giving instructions on how to take care of the jacket and provided tips on how to get a great discount today. We were very happy with our experience.

I went to the store Thursday Jan 30th around 5pm, got helped out by Connie and Carson. I’m headed on a trip and needed assistance getting new clothing and sandals, from the moment I walked in to the moment I left I had an absolute incredible experience. In depth answers to every question, generously accommodating to every request. I work management in costumer service myself and these 2 employees are a prime example of what every business should search for in their staff. I hope Connie and Carson are working every time I return.

I had to return a few items I bought on-line however purchased much more in person Jan 8/25. The manager Connie was superb and I could see she was working hard to move stock in the store, and address the cashier terminals which were problematic (it was stored out). She still had time to spend with me and provided a discount on 2 pairs of the the Mr. Guide Pro Pant which are favorites for my husband and brother. She has an easy going manner with the public and overall, I quite enjoy shopping at this location. Will be back!

Saw the manager here belittling and berating her staff loudly. Not a friendly environment because of this. Won’t be returning! The rest of the staff were super kind and helpful but she was just being rude. I believe her name was Connie. Because of this 1 star!!

Very supportive staff and encouraging, they give all correct descriptions of the products both Mazhdeh and Wagner are great and I will come to this store again becuase of their professional way of dealing with customers and they have good products

The behavior of two store employees today was absolutely unacceptable. My five-year-old, who was tired, leaned his head on a low display shelf, and one of the employees approached and verbally assaulted him and my wife. One employee mentioned being on edge due to a missing child incident earlier in the day; however, I had overheard some inappropriate laughter about that situation earlier in the store.It’s challenging to find good help these days, but this incident was extreme. I defended my wife and our now tearful five-year-old, and in response, another employee TOSSED us from the store! It was a humiliating experience on their part, and it’s shocking that Eddie Bauer would allow such individuals to represent their brand.I would not consider purchasing even a pair of socks from this store!
