I went to 3580 Strandherd today for a car wash at Esso Circle K. As soon as I enter the system stopped working. I got stuck with my 8 year old. There was no one I could call. I banged on glass door so someone could see me, but no avail. After being stuck for 10 minutes, I finally got hold of someone at tim horton that is inside the store, the girl there told the Esso guy Wranga that someone is stuck there in the car wash. What surprised me more that every store with the car wash has screens where they can keep an eye what is going inside the car wash, in case something goes wrong. When I asked Wranga he said he was busy serving customers. I was so scared for my 8 years old. I would not recommend anyone to go there for a car wash. Cery scary experience

Nice location, lots of pumps available, the staff are helpful and polite. The men's bathroom was out of service but the women's is available.

This Esso car wash is an absolute failure of basic service. It is closed nearly every single time I stop by, with no explanation, no signage, and no accountability. It’s unbelievable that a major company allows a location to operate this poorly. Advertising a car wash that is practically never open is misleading and unacceptable. After multiple wasted trips and zero improvement, it’s clear this station has no interest in serving its customers. I strongly advise avoiding this location altogether.

Needing to put air in my tires, I ask Google forr the nearest gas station to my then location, Goggle gave me a Shell location 4 km away. This little gem was 500ft away, I did a quick U-turn 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Bought the ultimate wash. The whee scrubber scratched all 4 wheels. I have a F150. Trying to call the manager at store for 2 days no response. Went inside to talk to the clerk to ask for the managers phone number she said why did you buy an ultimate car wash should’ve taken the premium car wash 🤦🏽♂️. Now gonna take it over with esso directly.

Great customer service .Gentle man was very pleasant excellent Customer service.Gave us directions to get to 416 & 401 west.Clean store.very clean bathroom.Didnt win on my loto ticket .But I told him if I won I'd be Back.Thanks to his fantastic service.His English was Bang on.
