FEDEX PLEASE MAKE A DEDICATED STORE IN BARRHAVEN . If they move the service Ontario in the staples also we’re doomed . I will not be shipping via FedEx until they have a more streamlined solution .

The employees have a high level of inaccuracy when it comes to measuring. Initially, an employee measured the package and declared it to be above the limit, which is 4 feet in length, and thus refused to accept it. However, upon measuring the package myself at home, I found it to be 3.8 feet long. Consequently, I returned to the branch and another employee checked the package and confirmed that it falls within the length limit. However, they pointed out that the weight exceeds the limit by 2 pounds, with the package weighing 42 pounds. To verify this, I checked the weight limit on the official website for this branch and it stated a limit of 55 pounds. I showed the employee the information on my phone, but they disregarded it and suggested speaking to the manager. When I agreed to do so, they revealed themselves as the manager in a very rude way. Regardless, this whole ordeal wasted two hours of my time, highlighting their highly unprofessional approach to dealing with customers.

Great experience. This is a FedEx outlet at Staples and the staff member was great. Polite, professional and knew his stuff. In and out in under 10 minutes.

I use FedEx when vendors make me, but they wouldn't be my first choice. I've had poor experience with their customer service. The Staples folks are good, but I can't recommend FedEx.
