I’ve been searching for a specific hello kitty blanket for weeks. Today I called and they said they have it. I asked to put it on hold for 30 minute so I could drive over. They said no. I drove over 40 minutes only to get there and be told they were sold. Thank you for wasting your customers’ time.

Disappointed with service. Went in to purchase mirror, found one, however no price. Sales person (cashier) tried to help but all other mirrors of that size had no price. Cashier asked supervisor/manager for help and she replied « can’t you see I’m with another customer and I have no time ». With that kind of response, I told the cashier to forget this purchase. I will not be returning to the Barrhaven HomeSense again.

I'm not sure why but this location is not quite as good as others. It is a neat place to visit and there are many great things at very good prices. Still worth looking around.

A pretty well stocked Home Sense. While it may not be the biggest I find stuff here that the other stores sell out of. And they do well with seasonal items.
