I stopped by this LCBO on Christmas Eve and it was very crowded with long lines. Even with all the pressure, the cashier, Sina, was super friendly, calm, and efficient. He kept a great attitude and clearly cared about helping customers move through quickly without feeling rushed. Really appreciated his kindness and professionalism!
